Spacious room with comfortable beds. Quiet and clean. Bathroom with bathtub.
The location may be suboptimal depending on your plans. For example, if your idea is to discover San Martín, you will need to rely on a car, taxi, or bus. There is a 24-hour front desk, but you need to complete the check-in process yourself online. The breakfast was not bad but rather standard, with no eggs, for instance.

Comfortable large bed and friendly staff. We had a lot of noise in our room so they upgraded us to an apartment.
Some rooms are right on the 40 route, you hear every vehicle driving through. Try to get the rooms that don't face the road.

This is a cozy and good hotel just outside of San Martin. I really liked it and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good too.
I would have given a 10 if it wasn’t for all the street noise. The hotel is next to a major road with cars and trucks going by all night. Unfortunately the windows are old and single glass, so the street noise keeps you up all night. Would recommend soundproof windows for rooms facing the street.
