For that price I cannot complain about anything.
It could've been cleaner

Rooms are large and clean, with a table for work if necessary. Bathroom is OK. Probably the best is the breakfast considering that this is a 3-star hotel. In Argentina, 3 stars hotels generally lack a good breakfast.
The dining room where the breakfast is served could be small if you coincide with an excursion, so take precautions about this. The location is certainly not the best because you will not be very close to the historic downtown and there are no restaurants. The parking lot is free but a bit small.

Breakfast was good for the price Bed was comfortable Staff was nice
Area is not very safe Do not park in front of the hotel (even if the parking lot is elevated and directly in front of the hotel, it counts as a sidewalk so your car is not insured by the hotel). Our car was broken into in front of the hotel, so use the hotel garage that apparently exists or don't go. Bathroom is damaged and needs a little work done.

It's not a bad hotel, but many details are missing that made our stay disappointing. We were unable to connect to the wifi and when we asked, we were told that there were too many people connected and if we wanted to connect to the internet we would have to be in the lobby. The breakfast was poor and the attention of the evening front desk staff and the breakfast staff was poor. When we arrived, there were no towels in our room and when we asked for towels we were given two bath towels, no hand towels. The shower is very poorly designed. The glass that is supposed to keep the water in the shower is too short so water ended up all over the floor and since there were no hand towels nor bath mat, we ended up putting one of our bath towels on the floor so that it wouldn't be so dangerous to walk in the bathroom.

Basic accommodation with safe parking. Staff tried to help the best they could.
Sheets were not changed after last guests stayed in the room - they were wrinkled, full of hair and such. TV was ridiculously small (think Michael Scott from The Office). Quite noisy, right next to the main road.

The hotel's breakfast is possibly the best thing about the hotel given that generally three-star hotels in Argentina offer a very basic breakfast. Another bonus of this hotel is that it has its own parking lot free of charge, although small. Location may be also a problem if you expect to have lunch or dinner around. The location is not touristic
got a room where there were no towels, the light on the table next to the bed did not work, the remote control of the are did not work and the worst thing is that the bathroom has no screen or curtain so everything gets wet. It is urgent that this hotel hires a manager who knows how to run a hotel. Another limitation is the lack of enough wall sockets

We had an awful experience in this hotel which we need to share. The hotel receptionist does not have any ability with guests and has no know-how as to client treatment. We arrived in heavy rain and he refused to let us remove the baggage in a covered area, although we mentioned we would be fast. After that, he refused to lodge us with our service dog, although Argentina has a national law that allows service animals to accompany their owner - and finally, after long discussion, they ended up putting us in a room which was not ready to have guests. It was filthy (there were spider webs in the window, dust in all the furniture and foot steps on the floor!); it did not have any materials for the guests such as towels, soap, garbage, etc and it had construction signs of unfinished aspects - such as open faucets. So we finalize that we were mistreated from the beginning to the end of our stay. Careful not to have the same experience since this was truly caused by the people that are employees and owners of the hotel.
