The staff were very friendly and helpful! The views of the mountains were great! The location was very close to the town centre! The room was always warm! The breakfast was very good too!

Not major issues for us but worthy of a mention: 1. The room was a bit small for our needs as we had two large suitcases. Only one bedside table and power point also. The only other power point in the room was in the bathroom and it didn’t work anyway. The shower was very small too. 2. Also there was no access to the kitchen (possibly seasonal) to fill up water bottles, hot water, coffee/tea etc. However the staff were happy to fill up our bottle for us. 3. Reception is not manned all day, however they can be contacted via text and willing to help out however they can.

The room was clean and had all we needed in a hotel room. The Host Daniel was very helpful to us and is a very nice host. He gave us good tips and also helped to get us reservations and taxi for attractions. The location as perfect just a couple of minutes walk to the city center and also to the taxi central. The Room was clean and had a good and warm shower.

Location was good at the edge of town. Room was basic but very comfortable; no A/C so it was a little warm, as the window didn't open. Breakfast was continental - fine. Daniel at the desk was amazingly helpful; it was worth it just for him!

I am not sure what is nearby, but several dogs barked all day well into the night. Not that the hotel could do anything about it, but it was a little annoying.

Great place to stay! Daniel was very helpful and even book a boat trip for me! Anything you need to know just ask and he will help you.

The room was nice and the location was good. The heating system is very good, as well as the shower temperature.

Breakfast is simple, basically medialunas and coffee/tea.

Nothing.. it was just perfect!

Family run, more like a B & B than a proper hotel. Few amenities, but if you are hiking/backpacking and need a place to stay with a decent bed, a warm shower and free Wifi - this is a real value. Daniel runs the place and is a great guy; took us to the airport for $5usd! Sweet!
