Property was really top class. All the amenities were amazing.The receptionist was amazing, inspite of not knowing English she managed well, really appreciate her efforts in making us feel comfortable.

I think the food variety was not that much very limited and not really nice, plus the staff was shying away or just laughing or trying to avoid eye contact for any question when we were checking for some options as we don’t consume all meats, this could be may be due to language barrier I am not sure that was the only thing I felt weird rest all was very good. The receptionist too didn’t knew English properly but she was a lovely lady and helped us in each step

The room was spacious and I enjoyed the pillows and duvets, they were as soft as a soufflé. The hotel isn't crowded at all, all the facilities are available, although I know it was overbooked at the time. The staff was perfect, I want to thank them very much. They make you feel like you're a valued guest and you can be sure that any question or problem will be solved without delay or fuss. The breakfast was really nice for both children and elderly with special requests in our large family group. The spa was great, I especially enjoyed the spacious Jacuzzi and my family members enjoyed every medical and spa procedure. Thank you so much, I feel so refreshed after my stay.

There was a smell in my room every time I went to the toilet. We had to open the balcony door to get rid of it. This was fine when it was 20-30 degrees outside, but what are you supposed to do when the weather is less pleasant? We were also neighbours to a room connected by a technical door with some young noisy ladies. I think it would be best for the property if we had our own relatives next door next time?

I recently stayed at Grand Resort in Jermuk, and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel focuses on spa and wellness, and from the moment I arrived, I felt calm and well taken care of. The spa is amazing! I tried a few different treatments, including a massage and a facial, and they were fantastic. The hotel uses the famous healing waters of Jermuk, and it was such a special experience to enjoy the baths. The staff were very kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable during every treatment. The sauna was also great for unwinding after a long day. In addition to the spa, the hotel offers fitness, yoga, and nature walks, which gave me a chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. The fresh air and peaceful environment made me feel completely relaxed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the restaurant. They serve three meals a day, and every meal was delicious! The food was fresh, healthy, and there were lots of options to choose from. Whether I wanted something light or a more filling meal, everything was prepared perfectly. I looked forward to every meal! The hotel is very well-kept, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing spa and wellness vacation with great food, Grand in Jermuk is the perfect choice. I left feeling refreshed and happy, and I can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect—from the spa treatments and wellness activities to the delicious meals and friendly service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great property with peaceful surroundings. Beautiful walk around the park with a floating cafe in the lake. Great breakfast with wide choices. The bedding and towels were fresh and great quality. There are drinking water fountains all around and it is delicious! Would recommend to walk to the waterfalls if you fancy a little bit of the challenge coming back uphill.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi was always busy and a lot of kids. Think it would be great to have a separate facility for children as it was often very loud. We had 8 treatments included with our stay, first we had a consultation with a doctor but I wasn't convinced and perhaps this was a language problem. We ended up not using the treatments as it involved a lot of paperwork and logistics. I think I would just prefer if 30min massage would be offered instead of 8 treatments.

I love Grand Resort's helpful staff. Knarik, their receptionist, was great; she was very friendly and helpful. Their spa was amazing, and I want to thank Vahram once more for the amazing massage. Their doctor, Harutyunyan, was very helpful during consultations too. The location was great as well, near the Gallery where you can drink water, and there is a small lake with ducks. Love it. 🤩

Breakfast was okay, but I would have loved more variations. I didn't like the pizza we tried; it was more like khachapuri and not good at all. They are good at cooking Armenian dishes but not other cuisines. Also, I didn't like the sauna area as it was too wet. I would recommend having a place for sunbathing as the weather was amazing during my stay.

I liked the Spa facilities and the Medical Center facilities. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were all included in the price. Quality of breakfast and lunch were good. Dinner could have been better. The beds and shower were good.

The air-conditioning in the room was not working (this seems to be standard in Armenia, despite the number of stars a hotel has). In this time of the season (April 2024) it is simply put off. However because of heating systems that couldn't be controlled, the temperature in the rooms was around 27 degrees. To get the temperature down to an acceptable level, windows or doors had to be open all the time.

Comfortable, luxurious, perfect for relaxing on a roadtrip.

Reception not helpful. When we entered our room we didn't notice it, but later at night when we wanted to sleep we saw that there were 100s of bugs on the wall under the big lamps. When calling the reception, we were told it's not their problem and they can't do anything for us, and we should just not have opened the window (we never did). Eventually with a lot of complaining and going downstairs to the reception, they managed to send 2 room service ladies with some bug spray.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special. The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look! Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape. A big thank you to the warm and accommodating staff!

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, offering breathtaking mountain views. We cherished every moment of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The buffet offered delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, where our kids had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Thank you! It's just a small suggestion: could you add a cup in the bathroom for our toothbrushes?

Everything was excellent: the breakfast was great, the staff were very attentive and helpful, its location is perfect, and if I could give it more than 10 stars - I would. I’ve been to a number of places with medical spa and mineral water (like Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne, etc) and my stay in this hotel was absolutely superior to any of these places. It was one of my best experiences with hotels and we will definitely be back.
