My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special. The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look! Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape. The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, offering breathtaking mountain views. We cherished every moment of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The buffet offered delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, where our kids had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Thank you! It's just a small suggestion: could you add a cup in the bathroom for our toothbrushes?

Room was great! It was big, had sofa, work desk, balcony. Spa treatments included in the package were good. Pool & jacuzzi are big and comfortable. Location is just in the heart of the town, in front of the Gallery.

There was always big variety of meals, everything was fine but compared to other aspects meal needs to be a bit improved. It was good, but it will be appropriate with hotel to have excellent food too. Lounge area can be a bit developed. It is great value for traveling from much more developed countries. For example room rate around 150 euros, is fine for full board, but it could include a bit more treatments or at least 1 massage session. Bar prices were a bit higher too.

The Grand Resort Jermuk Hotel meets the highest standards of comfort and quality. We were at the hotel for 3 days with a treatment program. We liked everything. We did not see any disadvantages. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The treatment is done by experienced professionals. Kind smiles, quality service - that's what we saw at this hotel. Jermuk has an unusually beautiful nature. The mountains, the grand waterfall, the mountain river, and lots of trees create a special atmosphere of rest. I've stayed in other sanatoriums and hotels with more delicious cuisine than in this hotel. But everything is edible, the assortment varies. There are a lot of national dishes. I would especially like to mention the friendly attitude of the staff towards the guests from different countries. These are guests from India, Russia and other countries. It's very nice.

- great rooms, comfortable beds, good curtains, very clean. nice showers with rubber rug - amazing big pool and jacuzzi. comfortable temperature - location is lovely, close to key sites, very nice for park/forest walks, very enjoyable - food has good diversity (all inclusive option), not outstanding though - non-alcoholic cocktails available - helpful staff, manage local chaos very well - a lot of treatment options available

- if you are coming for a couple of days, including treatment is not worth it. Additional services also feel like a medical treatment, not as spa. organisation os a bit hectic, but staff definitely get things done - food in all-inclusive option leans towards healthy diet options. if you are on holidays for indulgence and desserts, you can skip that

Spa procedures were wonderful, despite a little stuffiness. Perfect breakfast and lunch, soups are a bit oily/fatty. Dinner is very good too, but not as much as breakfast and lunch. Staff and service is excellent!!

Bathroom and toilet had almost no privacy, whatever is going on in toilet is perfectly heard at the other end of room. I assume it's because of glass door to the bathroom. Must have at least few extra pillows.

Karnik the lady at the reception was brilliant when it comes to customer service. She was prompt and very helpful

Housekeeping lady when we said we had checked out entered without knocking and I was naked and later she realised she has done a mistake but still the stay was perfect that’s why 10 on 10 and no problem with the mistake

The staff were absolutely friendly. The room was super comfy and clean. The pool and jaccuzi were so fun.

The buffet would have been better if it had Armenian cuisine instead of only Russian. And the treatments were not worth any money they are just useless. And the doctor was extremely rude. TVs had no YouTube or Netflix which is a bit boring if you want to spend some time in your room.

I loved everything here!!! It's close to Water Galleries( just next to it); surroundded by very nice park. The food was diverse and healthy. The staff was Amazing!!! very friendly and ready to provide every information you need. they helped us by organizing an offroad trip to Gndevanq and the Waterfall, we also had a very beautiful birthday party.
