Very friendly staff and a great location! They allowed to check-in earlier for free, thank you a lot!

1) They arranged an airport transfer for us for 6000 ADM, but if you order a taxi via Yandex taxi, it costs you only 1700 ADM. Do not order it. 2) bad breakfast.

The price of AMD 6,000 (EUR /USD 15) was a bit more hefty than ordering through an app but I got picked up at 5 a.m., so it’s a fair option. - If you don’t mind a bit of walking, most sights of Yerevan are within 20-30 mins on foot from the hotel - I was allowed to check out a bit later than originally required, at 1 pm instead of noon, which was a nice gesture

The location is great. And when i say great not only about being close to center and other landmarks but also to a big market where you can buy groceries or you can have a meal. It ls also close to the street where bars and wine places located.

Entrance to the rooms are weird. It seems like they bought some of the upper floors of the building and some floors belongs to others. You have to use a common-use stairs that is shared with other residents to get to your floor. Corridors on each floor connects to common use stairs, therefore every corridor has a locked door to avoid strangers to enter inside. You have to open two digital locks and after that, your hotel room’s lock to get inside your room.

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Lady on reception spoke excellent English and was really friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged airport pick up and drop and everything went smoothly. The hotel is in a good location about a 15 walk to Republic Square. There are several restaurants close by. There was a wide choice of food at breakfast and it changed each day. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely stay here if ever in Yerevan again,

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of everything. The room was super clean and neat. It had everything you need. The reception staff is super sweet, friendly and very helpful, they make any request happen.

1) Air-co in our room (11) was working very weak. It worked and blew the air but it was so weak that it was not very cool in the room. 2) The breakfast was bad, the choice was very small, cold fried eggs, dry old croissants, and the coffee was very weird.

The location is great about 10mins walk to square. Lots of stores nearby.

The Air Conditioner it is not cold. I guess I am used to have a cold AC back in UAE but both of us in the room felt that it is hot/warm inside the room even the AC is on maximum level and we are almost naked in the room as it is uncomfortable to sleep due to the temperature of the room and to the fact that the price is quite expensive and not totally cheap. I have mentioned it and they checked but they said it is cool (cold) but when we reach the room it is still the same temperature Maybe it is just us but overall the hotel is good.

Hotel Lilia is located in the city center, only a few minutes walk from Republican Square. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a safe, a TV and even a fridge for use in the room. The bed was very comfy and wifi worked properly. Hotel Lilia has got lovely staff, which is helpful with any question. There is no lift, but the staff offered me to help to get my luggage up the stairs. The breakfast was really tasty and diversified. I can definitely recommend Hotel Lilia to anyone.

I actually had nothing to complain about.

For 5days stay at hotel, so clean so good to stay, staff are friendly and always approachable.. its near everything even bar 🤭 no need to go sas grocery to exchange ur money inside of hotel have exchange shop. So cozy at quite the place.. Its near to yerevan big supermarket you can buy a lot of discount food.. Well i recommend this hotel. And you will say thank you soon.. For breakfast so good everyday. Have a good stay this hotel..

Very good value for money! The location is top on the pedestrian walk on the main city attractions. The staff is very helpful and polite! The rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is also a good option to choose the hotel!

Our room was on the side on the main street, and the evenings were a little bit of noise. But our friends were in the internal sde and they didn't have this kind of problem.

The best thing about this property is the staff - they are very polite and helpful. The property is in the center. Main city attractions are all within walkable distance. The rooms are clean and have all needed amenities. Daily maintenance is provided.

We had some problems with the heating system In the room, which were taken care of.
