Clean. Good value for the price (quite inexpensive).

Cold water only in the shower. Front desk is not attended overnight. Not a problem but just be aware that if you need them to call an early morning taxi for you, you will have to organise it the day before. There’s a contact number for emergencies. We tried to call early in the morning and no one answered.

Breakfast is included, the staff are super friendly and helpful, there’s free WiFi (which is great for travelers like myself), and it’s right across the street from a restaurant and close to other restaurants. There’s complimentary water, tea, & coffee upstairs in the lobby area and there’s a patio (this would’ve been really nice there was a view. This hotel isn’t in the best area so when you look out from the patio you see older buildings.) The room has a full length mirror, iron, and mini fridge. If you just want somewhere to sleep while you travel, this is it.

The room is really small and you have to park in the back where there are a lot of rocks and dirt. The bed isn’t the comfiest. I personally didn’t get a good night’s sleep the whole time I was there. I don’t know if it was the bed or travel jitters but thought I’d add that. The hotel isn’t close to the beach but the drive isn’t so far that it’s enough to complain about. This isn’t a luxury hotel. If you’re looking for luxury and aesthetically pleasing, this place isn’t for you.

The advice given by the front desk staff was incredibly helpful for my trip. The staff was very friendly and polite. I enjoyed the food a lot. The breakfast was delicious. I also had lunch there, which was also very good and at a reasonable price. The location is good, for I was able to walk up to the docks, where the market and the popular spots are located, as well as the pickup locations for some excursions.

There was some external noise at night due to a party which was taking place in the surrounding areas. Also, some of the excursions do not offer pickup at this hotel, but instead one must go to a different area, although this was not much of a problem because it was a short walk.

The location for my personal choice was excellent. Several excellent local restaurants. Not in the middle of the general tourist area but still a walkable distance to chosen. The breakfast was included and uniquely delicious, all made to order and included some unique options I was pleased to try. There was a nice patio upstairs to sit relax and have tea or coffee that was always available.a

Can't be responsible for other guests, but some would slam their doors. Not the hotels fault some people don't have manners

The lack of the following we did not like: 1. safe deposit box 2. some kind of little table to put the luggage on The size of the room did not allow for much space for the second item, we agree, but the lack of a safe deposit box was very noticeable to us, in a negative manner

the victoria hotel is a beautiful newly renovated hotel with great customer service. the receptionist is friendly always willing to go the extra mile to help out and give recommendations for diner and activities on Aruba. parking Infront of the hotel is easy and good. the rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. there is a coffee corner where you can prepare coffee thee and heat up food etc. which is a major bonus very nice and convenient. The lobby itself is very picture worthy

the bathroom is a bit too tight but for short stays where you don't spend much time up in the room it is not that big of a deal. when it rains non the island infront of the hotel it turns into a river/lagun which means it will be diffitclt to keep your feet dry while having to get into the car parked outside.

Everything was so good I love it workers they are so kind so good. God bless you every one there. I enjoyed every second was staying Victoria city Hotel. I'm thankful to God for His blessing. Glad I came and enjoyed Aruba and Victoria city Hotel.

Don't have anything to say about negative.

We liked the location and the distance to good restaurants and the bus terminal. Also the terrace was very nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. It was nice that our room was upgraded to a king.

It would have been nice to have some extra hooks to hang bags or towels behind the doors. Also the fitted sheet on the bed could have fit tighter, as it became loose after a couple of hours. The water in the shower also only got a little warm.

Very cute, retro hotel. Room was very clean, bath rooms were very clean. The breakfast was nice, coffee bar on second floor was empty and in need of attention. The lady that checked us in was very kind and friendly.

The man that did morning check out would barely look up from his cell phone-was very disinterested in our stay, answering any questions etc... not a good way to leave a good impression! The amount of noise in the hallways was ridiculous (workers) at 9:ooam.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The location might not be what some vacationers are looking for, it’s more in a business area than tourist. However it is in walking distance of a nice tourist area. We didn’t mind the location. If you want hot water in your room make sure you ask for it, however the “cold” water really isn’t cold. Most people can shower in it with no problem.
