Our family of 5 had an excellent stay at the Countryman's for one night. The room was very large and comfortable, clean and neat. We could park our car right out the front. It is centrally located, not far from the centre of town by car. The beds were comfortable. The staff were super nice and helpful.

It was all good!

- Big family rooms, plenty of parking, clean and well looked after - Massive bathroom - Comfy beds with clean, warm bedding - decent price easy booking system with cancellation - close by to everything

- Outdated iron that needs replacing - Hot water only lasts 2 minutes before it's just Luke warm, which with children is hard, especially when it's -1 - some power points and electric blankets don't work

It would have been better had I found out before my stay that crockery and cutlery were not in the rooms but they could be requested and given to fulfil our needs. I didn’t know what to do with things I bowered from the office before I left. The office was not open then so I just left it in the room. More information about services and requirements would be good even if it sounds like customers should know

Really comfy bed and couches. Great layout of the rooms, not too crowded and very tidy Was very fresh and clean aircon was brilliant didn’t smell or have any bad vibes

the shower was a bit faulty, kept going hot and cold but once it stopped doing that was lovely. there wasn’t much sugar for coffee’s and no plates or cutlery was offered

it was in a very handy location in town and the room had a few nice amenities like fridge and microwave.

There was not really any cutlery, just some teaspoons, and no bowls. Also some mess left behind in a cupboard from previous guests.

It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable & well made. The shower and bathroom were very also clean and all other amenities worked well.

The rooms could be more cheerful and new paint applied instead of the old various shades of brown.

The location was excellent. It was a quiet area and conveniently located next door to the Valley Inn where I could enjoy a wine and dinner on the deck. This is one of the best spots for dinner and the service was excellent!

I think my toilet was not cleaned. I am not sure why I couldn't get my tele to work properly.

late check in was appreciated as we didn’t arrive until 10:30pm , staff were welcoming and very helpful. nice and central to Main Street whilst still being nice and quiet. shower was hot & great pressure!!

Great Location. Quiet. No traffic noise. Just on the outskirts of town but still on the main road. Next to the pub for meals and a beer.

Milk in the fridge for a cup of tea. I was only there to sleep but there is normally milk in the fridge or long life portions available. I could have called and ask for some but it was well outsde of normal hours that I was in the room due to work.

Did not have breakfast. It was easier to eat our own in the room. Good microwave, kettle and fridge.

The sliding door to the small bathroom kept coming off track and I could not move it. Reported it to management.
