Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and in great location. New modern bathroom with amazing shower. Stayed in standard king room overnight. After staying in country towns on our trip, this was just what we were looking for. Extremely comfortable super king bed with great pillows at a reasonable price for country towns. Very quiet and ideal location. Would highly recommend and would book again.

The room was a bit small if you were staying for a length of time. If we were staying longer I would book the deluxe king for an additional $10 as it has a sofa.

Very friendly staff, gave us some places to try for food. Room was tidy and clean. Nice modern bathroom, shower was great. Was smaller than expected. Really nice and close to everything and short walk to main Street. Didn’t put the sign out for room cleaning but noticed someone had been in. Would have preferred that didn’t happen. Otherwise was a really nice stay and would stay again. Thanks

Location is close to Glen Innes CBD. Quiet location. Easy to find. Clean room, bed sheets and the bathroom,though compact in size yet functional. Newly renovated room and bathroom. Courteous owner and staff. We did not use the wi fi so not sure how it was. Check in and check out were easy. Netflix available in the room.

Replacing carpet in the room with floor tiles shall help in my view.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom had been renovated and the shower was excellent.

The room was very small for a two-bedder and the suitcase shelf (which was badly needed) was taken up by spare blankets. It was not just an overnight stay and luggage was needed in the room for our family commitments in Glen Innes.

The lovely owners, the comfort of the bed, the proximity to shops and not far to venue.

Rooms were a little small, found it very compact. However , we only generally use it for sleeping and a rest period sometimes.

At Reception, I was very warmly welcomed and shown the room. I would say the interior of the rooms must have been recently renovated as it all looked sparkling and new. The bed was super comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep.

Maybe the offer of a simple continental breakfast would have been welcomed.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean and nicely renovated. The owner was nice. It was good value in a great location.

The seats in the room had some stains and the shower was good but the lack of curtain or door meant that the bathroom floor was very wet.

We had a king bed which was really comfy and the pillows were too. A 2 minute walk to shops and eateries

The room was a little squishy, and the tv only worked intermittently. The (garden view) was a broken down fence with discarded furniture outside. But I would stay again

Staff service and friendliness exceptional; bed, shower very good and television excellent. Check in, check out easy. It seems the physical aspects of the property are under improvements/renovations.

It was all good. I found nothing to complain about.

My wife and I love the place, and we would stay again as the room we stayed in was very comfortable and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information about the area.
