An excellent motel with welcoming hosts. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Very good value as rate includes continental breakfast. The Christmas displays at the front and around the motel and the decorations in the breakfast room were lovely and a reflection of the efforts the hosts go to to provide a very pleasing place to stay. We would happily stay again.

Continental breakfast included in the room rate was substantial and served in a spacious and clean environment. Bathroom/toilet was clean and spacious. Bed was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Parking at the door of the unit and undercover.

Parking is a little cramped. Room is small for 2 persons.

The staff were so welcoming. Our room was very clean and felt roomy for 3 people. It also has a walk in robe area that was great to keep our luggage out of the way. Bathroom was also very large and clean. They even had usb style power points next to the main bed which was a lovely addition. Even though we didn’t have an electric car we did note the charging stations at each room which is a added positive. They also include free breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room. On our travels it has been the best breakfast we have ever had. It was setup beautifully with great selections. They had a dining room as well with a tv and tourist leaflets. I will happily stay with them again when needing to spend the night in Glen Innes.

The bed was way to soft and was like a marshmallow but not in a good way sadly. If you are a light sleeper I would ask for a room at the back as trucks do come past at night and you are right in the highway. It didn’t bother us as we can sleep through the noise. There was nowhere to place our dirty plates after eating breakfast and felt rude leaving our plates on the table while our guests were coming in to have breakfast.

Excellent room. Little noise from the road. Room has all the necessities for a short stay. Very little road noise (I was in a standard room. Understand premium rooms at back have no noise). Room was very clean and modern if a bit small (but good enough for short stay. Suggest premium room for longer stay). Bathroom large and modern. Be aware shower controls are a bit sensitive. Hot water was very hot (wonderful) and cold very cold (start of winter). Not a problem unless you have young children or are caring for someone who may adjust controls but shouldn't ( this is only meant as a warning). Good comfy bed. Air-conditioning and electric blanket provided. Undercover parking. Washing machine available if required. Continental breakfast included and good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful value for money. Highly recommended.

A little way from town centre. About a 15 -20 minute walk to restaurants. Some are closer but selection closer is limited. Only a problem 8f you wish to drink with dinner (and have to drive) or have mobility problems.

Our room was amazing, not only did we have a lovely heater, so the room was toasty warm, as it was cold in the mountains but the shower was super hot, the bathroom and room were spotless and the room came with all the bells and whistles of a huge flat screen TV, microwave including all the plates and bits anyone could ever need. The bed was like a cloud we had the best sleep ever (and even wanted to take the bed home with us after 😁) Andrew and Tamara were super hosts even providing breakfast of fresh coffee, toast and a selection of cereal included in the price. Town was a short ten minute walk away. We will 100% stay there again next time we are on our adventures. Highly recommended and we have already told others we met on our travels that were heading that way.

clean comfortable and a bargain price.

Really enjoyed the free breakfast. It was very well presented and adequate for a continental breakfast. Tables were cleaned and supplies restocked quickly and efficiently. Great to have the room serviced each day too many motels blame covid and never service the room during the multi night stays. Good to have undercover parking. Lovely BBQ area. Great small touches like ability to clean windscreens. Check in was very efficiently carried out.

Comfy bed and reasonable price for a one night stay. The room was quite large and heating was great as it was quite chilly at night.

Noise from trucks passing at night - felt very close to our room. My fault for not reading the fine print (I checked after we left), but we went for breakfast at 9am and met a staff member who was cleaning up and who told us breakfast ended at 8:30am. This wasn't mentioned at check in - only the location of the breakfast room was mentioned, otherwise we would have been there earlier. Seems a strange time to end breakfast, especially when it is continental.

We had four rooms for a whole family to attend an event. All four rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. All rooms had 50 inch televisions, have been refurbished and it was clear the owners have tried to do their utmost to ensure a pleasant stay. Tamara allowed us to check in early as we had to attend the event before our check in time which was most appreciated. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and obliging. The continental breakfast (included) was also very nice and you don't often get that these days. We stay in Glen Innes often so this will be our go to from now on.

Nothing - was on the main road and one of our rooms was at the front and thought it might be a bit noisy but all rooms were quiet and warm.

Great Motel. We enjoy the place & it is really a well run motel with really great & friendly staff. Been here before so know you are on a good thing.

We were in a single room for 2 queen bed size. Room was fantastic with a great bathroom. But the mattress was ordinary. Up & down like some of the highways we travelled. Exhaust fan to bathroom doesn't work & partly away from ceiling. Like a lot of motels on the main road in a town & rather noisy as we were up at the entrance. Maybe look at double glazing or something to windows etc. I think ear plugs could also help. Just a suggestion on my behalf
