Spacious room with lots of supplies e.g., large selection of coffee/tea bickies, toaster microwave, etc. Was comfortable and clean and close to everything. Pretty soundproof considering it is on the main road where a lot of trucks pass around it. Thought it might have been very noisy but not the case.

Our room had a very large bathroom which is equipped for those with a disability - however the open plan meant a lot of water flowed onto the floor from the shower making floor quite slippery and there was not much space to hang up clothes or bench area in bathroom so my clothes got wet. I probably should have realised but a few more hooks in there may have helped.

Quick service and easy check in and out. Great to have parking off street. Loved the club next door for dinner and optional early bird breakfast.

The bed was a little firm but not uncomfortable. We should have asked for extra pillows and an extra blanket but aircon helped to warm up the room. Would be great if there were bedside lamps. Overall, exceptionally clean and tidy and would stay again!

Conveniently located. Walking distance to everything we needed in town. Very clean rooms and smelled lovely. Comfortable. Quiet for the most part - occasional truck noise.

Motel was advertised as having wifi. There was none at all. Didn't find this out until we arrived at property. Manager advised we would be unable to get wifi and that they already know about this. This is false advertising. Obviously nothing terribly major - and not even a concern if you are not in need of wifi. But it did make it inconvenient for our family. If there is no wifi, then property details should show exactly that.

The Motel is fairly new or has been maintained to a high level. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, air-con worked well. No dining facilities but keyed access to the club next door which has very good food. The motel is Video Monitored and gated at night so vehicles and what is in the vehicle are better protected than an open carpark. Really liked this feature.

Happy with the total package.

Clean, neat, paid extra for spa. Staff were friendly, Room was good value for the money. Separate bedroom, kitchen area. Only minor problems such as a missing TV remote in the bedroom. Getting into the Spa would be a problem for older people and you needed to do that to take a shower. Still it was one of the best rooms we had on our trip to Lightning ridge. Good value for money.

All good! Spar entry was not that great for people with knee problems.

general cleanliness and presentation.

The spa. upon the spar jet button is a label stating the spa is cleaned after every use. I found this to be incorrect. whilst filling the spa up with water, a brown clingy film with contaminants was heavily present around the edge of the water line. I found the spa unsafe and not hygienic to use.

Libby was so wonderful. Booking.com stuffed up our dates (I had changed them in Jan but the property did not receive the changes). She managed to fit us in during a busy time. Room was comfy and clean and all we needed for a one night stop over. Location is great. We had a 2bd and would easily sleep 6.

None of this worried us but I think it is good to know if you are fussy - it can be quite noisy early but that is expected as on a truck route and lots of travellers and tradies staying.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was really clean. The towels were fluffy and big enough. Can’t comment on the pillows because we used our own. When we left in the morning we were greeted personally by the owner who was interested in any comments we wanted to tell them.

Cooked breakfast was very good. Whilst the motel was very busy it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable as where the pillows.

I would suggest that cleaners check the microwave ours was quite dirty. Obviously someone had used it and food had splattered. Also behind the front door was quite a big spider web.

Could not fault the Cleanliness of the room, Everything was what you could and should expect for your $$. Do not count on the Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds.

WiFi was not Available (Unless you stand next to reception) or should not be Advertised. Sockets next to the beds would be an Advantage. Over all a Friendly Check in and a Great night's stay.
