great location in the heart of town next to a very pretty park on one side and picturesque countryside on the other the rooms were very spacious and comfortable , the staff very friendly and helpful great place to stay and value for money , highly recommend

I don't have any complaints , over the Christmas season every shop and eatery was closed it would of been nice to have some food options would of paid happily extra to have a breakfast pack or food to cook on the BBQ area

nice room sufficient relaxed ,quiet . was good view over the park even though downstairs. Considering size of room a tad on the high price but was surprise to see the bath was actually a spa bath.

Arrr no big deal but had me worried a bit when , bath emptied yet 10 -15 min after, the spa would start up first time it did it 3-4 times with 5-10 min in between and even though very brief , different lenth of time there after only did it once or twice very short.

Top quality stuff. These people know real hospitality and what expectations mean from comfort perspective. One of the best stays I had in my travel journeys in the past. Room amenities were all up to but exceeded from the quality baseline. Beds, lightning, restroom, and lat but t e least, the room was already set to warm up before I could enter, therefore, it was a pleasant surprise and could only be possible due to care by genuine hotel management and the staff. The owners and every member of staff deserves much appreciation for offering such comfy, tidy, caring and thoughtful service. Hope my words can translate the level of happiness that I can experienced during my stay after a long stressful drive from Sydney. Will be my number one spot staying there and would encourage to feel the same. Thank you Team.

Good base for exploring the new Snowy Valley Highway sculpture trail & wineries. Very spacious room and bathroom with a really lovely view across the park and town to the mountains in the distance. Heaters were on when we arrived and the rooms were cosy and warm. Easy walk into centre of town to cafes, park, shops, etc.

The bedroom carpet was damp outside the bathroom door when we arrived. The heater started rattling very loudly at 7am. The mattress in our room probably needs replacing, or maybe a mattress topper; could feel the springs.

This is an ideal location near the town centre and a lovely park. Our room was spacious, well maintained and comfortable. We appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air and the fact that there was complete privacy and a view of the park. Everything is as shown and described on line and we would be more than happy to return.

Nit picking : I chose this one of the two motels but do think it is overpriced compared to other towns and motels of the same standard. Maybe Tumbarumba is now a boutique destination. For the price I expect good towels however ours were thin and needed replacing. Still we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was nice and warm upon arrival. The restaurant meal was outstanding and the hospitality was next level. Thoroughly enjoyed the chat with the manager/owner and husband by the fire place. Staff were super friendly and helpful with tips on exploring Tumbarumba. Simply loved my stay.

Noticed that bowls,plates and cutlery weren't in the room. But also noticed this in a lot of motels, so not sure if it's a covid thing.

Very clean and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Great time.

EV changer was placed in awkward position and was only 10amps. It was better than nothing, but the hotel needs to install proper 32AMP EV charger stations, I would suggest at least two. I believe they are looking into this.

This was our first visit to Tumbarumba and the motel was in an excellent area to be able to explore the town. It was very clean with a restaurant /bar attached if you didn’t want to leave the motel for dinner. The staff were very efficient and obliging. It was a beautiful country town which we enjoyed very much as we rode the Tumbarumba to Rosewood rail trail.

Didn't have the breakfast, but had dinner two nights and the restaurant was surprisingly good. It's a nice location within a very appealing little town.

I found the radiator confusing - when I turned as instructed to reduce the heating it seemed to heat up, or was I just fatigued? Not sure.

Nice clean large room, I had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice and bought a couple of beers from the reception after a long ride on my motorbike. The main shops of Tumbarumba would be about a 10 minute walk away which isn't too bad.

I was very happy with my stay, had a bit of an issue with the toilet cistern playing up, but I let them know at reception and they made a note to get it looked at, it wasn't a big deal but if I HAD to find something wrong with the room that would be all.
