Very clean, aircon, fan, great location Shower was great, bed was very comfy. Great rate for last minute accommodation on Australia Day weekend!

Needs a bit of work, more power points, blinds need repairing or changed. Couldn’t close one blind! The other was too short for the window , could do with an update!

The view from my room was spectacular. Beach. Warm welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble during my three day stay. I liked the phone handset base on counter if the office was temporarily unavailable. Prompt return to office when pressed. A simple thing that doesn't lose business. Would stay again.

Probably the bins being kept further away from rooms. On climbing the stairs I could smell the bins at times.

Proximity to the beach and cafes was excellent. The golf club restaurant was just across the street and the beach cafe was also just across the road. It had on site parking. The kitchenette was small but well equipped and the fridge had a proper freezer compartment. Ulladulla was a short drive away. The bathroom was comfortable and good water pressure. The sound of the sea so close was wonderful.

Location was great for access to beach and surrounds and golf club for meals. We were able to get a ground floor room because of limited physical movement Car parking was good.

Nowhere is shower to put shampoos etc. Chairs were very hard. Nowhere to easily fill the kettle. Sliding bathroom door didn't have a bottom slide. The place seemed a little "tired" but got the impression improvements were taking place

stayed in two bedroom penthouse. location, location, location. the view from our balcony was what we went there for, watched the whales play everyday from the balcony. staff were friendly, beds were comfy

the property is in need of maintenance, a little run down and cleaning needs to improve for $$ you pay. dust on skirting, old balloon under lounge, lighting dull.

The location was perfect, across the road from the beach. Bed was very comfortable and the spa was great. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Balcony was a lovely place to sit and listen to the waves & smell the sea air. Everything we needed.

Unfortunately the building was a little tired. The internet was a little hit and miss.

Location, location, location! Perfect spot opposite beach and golf club with restaurant. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff fantastic! Even though we had room at the back of the property, we still had ocean view from outdoor table and chairs opposite our room. Plunge pool could be sat in to enjoy ocean view as well.

Bathroom dated but great hot water from shower. No microwave in room although one available in common area.

The location is so central you are literally on the beach. Stayed in a penthouse and had ocean views all around the room including waking up to gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. The reception staff could not be nicer and helpful. I asked for an extra mattress topper and it was brought up within 10 minutes with the offer to make up the bed with it. Amazing service. Room exceeded my expectations and I was so thrilled with our choice of stay.

Fantastic location with great views of Mollymook Beach. Parking readily available and good restaurants close by.

Furniture is a bit sparse. Another chair would be nice. Mattress needs an update.

Absolutely fantastic location. You can't get any closer to the beach if you tried, Bed was amazingly comfortable, very quiet, and just great place to relax and unwind Nice and clean all the things you need. Are there full-size fridge electric fry plan toast kettle jst everything Recommend everyone to stay here.
