It's a little oasis in the wilderness. Beautiful rooms with great facilities. When you are travelling out back, sometimes you just want to be pampered a little. This is the spot. This was our second visit 3 years apart.

I think that there has been a change in ownership or management between visits. Just not as polished in management as our first visit. The young woman at the house had some language restraints, which caused some confusion and wrong orders. We didn't raise the issue. we just accepted what was brought out.

This is an amazing hotel in a stunning location. A massive thank you to the staff for all of their help. The food and location are stunning. We loved waking up to the dawn chorus and watching the lightning storm from our lodge on the last night of our stay. The staff here do everything to make your stay memorable. Thank you, to the manager for checking us in early, with no issues at all after our early flight. Also particular thanks to Jasmine for looking after us so much during our stay and arranging for us to be transported back to the airport by another staff member after heavy rains made taxis unreliable. Thanks also to Kylie for driving us to the airport. A truly 5 star experience.

The staff were so friendly, smiley, helpful and professional. The room was very clean, modern, comfortable, king bed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was also a great complimentary addition. Complimentary canapes and drinks on arrival. Refreshing cool pool. A great weekend NT staycay at the gorge.

Only option for dinner was a $125 set menu (which was delicious) but no other options if you didn't fancy spending that much. No view of the gorge from the balcony.

this is a beautiful property, perfectly situated for exploring Nitmiluk Gorge & the Katherine river. The staff, led by Matt are exceptional. The breakfast & dinners were fabulous. pre dinner drinks a pleasure. Everything was just first class in a boutique property.

Fire alarm in night and no one responded, just turned off! Many of sensor lights not working and no torch available in property Broken paper towel dispenser in ladies toilet - need bit of maintenance arounf the place. Property advertised as having slippers and coffee machine but rooms do not Some confusion about inclusions - as new staff. We were informed unlimited coffees but then informed we did not.

This place was just incredible. We walked in tired and dirty after a day canoeing the gorge and were immediately transported. The room was beautiful looking out onto bushland, quiet and luxurious. The welcome drink and happy hour canapé's were also incredible, served on couches by the pool area. We also had dinner in the restaurant and were very impressed with both the service and the food. The local produce was fabulous. Breakfast in the morning was also lovely and we left feeling full, pampered and happy.

Beautiful location and room was very comfortable

Pool was filled with bugs and staff didn't have any nets for cleaning Unfortunately restaurant doesn't do normal menus only the set menu We didn't don't want to eat the same meals daily + extremely expensive so had to drive into town each day. Wifi on property didn't reach our room (don't have reception out there) + didn't work on the last day

Quiet restful location near the Katherine Gorge which made us feel very well looked after by the friendly and accommodating staff. We appreciated the special effort to accommodate our request for a late breakfast after our lengthy early morning hike.

The poolside lounges were not comfortable (very hard and not relaxing) also, the pool was very cold! Some small maintenance issues to be addressed (eg some decking needed revarnishing and dying pot plants could be replaced.

It is a great hotel in the middle of the national park. The food was probably made by a French cook, so the best we have had in Australia so far. The rooms are big and well equipped. The location is excellent.

If I have to find something, some cocktails would be good in the menu. The breakfast could start earlier, so I could have enjoyed it without running to catch the canoeing.

This was our second time at the lodge and once again it was a very relaxing stay. It's convenient to the gorge in a beautiful bush setting and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the welcome drinks on arrival and the sunset drinks. The three course dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Nothing other than it is a bit expensive.
