Loved the location and space of Knotts Crossing, Family room is also really great size for families, but the Bath/Shower combination wasn't really comfortable. Kids absolutely loved the pool and environment, overall our whole family enjoyed our stay.

Toilet wouldn't flush, during our whole 8 day stay, we had to stand and wait for the toilet to refill 3- 4 times to flush constantly, until all waste was fully flushed, I did notify staff on our 1st day, but it wasn't fixed. Also didn't like the housekeeping staff knocking repeatedly on our door at 8am until they woke us up, mind you, this only occurred a few times, as I finally got my hands on a Do Not Disturb sign. The early housekeeping, loud noises made by staff and toilet issue would be my only complaint, overall everything else was great.

A Quiet area to relax to enjoy the stay

Nice resort! Check in and out very quick and all orgenised as requested, room was great, nice to have a proper clean bathroom. Towels changed every day and bed made every day. Safe and quiet.

Did not have parking in front of rooms which created a little argument with neighbours, but not a big issue. A few plates and more cuttlery in the room would have helped us. Very pleased with staff. More Vegan options in the restaurant are welcome.

Excellent location; adequate security; beautiful tropical surrounds; superb menu and entertaining area; great meeting place; affable and efficient Staff; clean and tidy well maintained rooms; vast array of accommodation choices; affordable prices for both accommodation and food / beverages.

Some cabins have separate bathrooms outside cabin, reducing privacy and convenience; bathroom lighting and shower drainage could be improved.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. We had breakfast included in price. The breakfast buffet selection wasn’t very large, but in saying that, it had most things you would want and good value. We also had some main meals at the restaurant that were very nice.

Offer free wifi, however it was not a good connection at all. I had better wifi connection in Bali.

Breakfast was included in booking price. Poached eggs were AMAZING. Yolk was runny and egg was hot. Croissants were warm and kept in bainmarie. Would stay here again for the breakfast alone. Next time we will have dinner too.

Some of the motel rooms don't have parking out the front which when traveling as a family moving bags back and forth to vehicle is exhausting after a full day of travel, And not something you want to do first thing in the morning.

Good spot, just the right distance out of town

The service at the restaurant, the first night was good the second was very poor. We were seated then they never came back to take or order or ask us if we required water or drinks. We had to order from the QR code and when our entree turned up they didn’t know who it was for. And walked past us and took it back to the kitchen before returning with it again.

Great room and facilities were excellent. Beds were made and fresh towels supplied daily. Bunk beds are a little small, great for kids but could be a squeeze for adults. The restaurant does nice food and good cocktails. Pool is also great for a dip.

We had some shirts and sunglasses stolen from outside our room, there was police patrolling during the night but be vigilant with what you leave outside, staff should also warn visitors when checking in.

Friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. Buffet breakfast was quite nice with good selection of options

Would maybe be helpful to include in the room booking information whether the room selected has a carpark or not with it and what options there are for carparking for rooms that do not include a parking space. We arrived at dinner time and found it difficult to find a parking space and were confused on where we were allowed to park in that instance.

My little family and I stayed in the Bungalow Cabins - Amazing!! Loved our cabin, had everything we needed - air conditioning, bunk bed, queen bed and all facilities. Plus we ordered pizza from the restaurant it was outstanding. We only stayed for one night as we were traveling through to Darwin from QLD. But we will be back for a holiday!
