Close to the beach and an easy walk up to the shops. Quiet street. Traveling alone, so the room was plenty big enough for one person. The woman who runs Palms is lovely - kind, helpful and knowledgeable and keen to share local information.

The music from the cafe next door was a bit loud, but was ok once you closed the windows and door. The room was maybe a little bit expensive - if it was $10-20 less I would have thought that was fine.

The location was fantastic for both beach and town. Everything in agnes Waters was walkable from the hotel. It was very clean, comfortable with well stocked cutlery and crockery we used the kettle, toaster and microwave.

I'm not sure if the cafe next door had anything to do with the hotel, but it was so husy we waited over 45 minutes just for coffee, and they had no sugar at all. Despite how packed it vwas there was no noise heard in our room and we were right next door to reception so our room was quiet.

Great quiet location, very near the beach and a walk to shops. Spacious room with everything we needed to self cater. A good BBQ area. A little outdated but comfortable.

Nice seating area outside but unfortunately there were always people smoking which we find unpleasant and uncomfortable. Given the proximity of the rooms and the dangers of passive smoking we can't understand why hotels still permit smoking in shared spaces.

The front office staff were so nice and friendly. Love the location. it is easy to walk everywhere.

Very basic kitchen. We had to buy a few things for us to cook properly. There are no power points anywhere except 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. Not very handy if you're cooking and someone needs to charge a device. There's no where to do it. A bedside lamp would be nice.

The motel is a very short stroll to the main beach. Our room was super clean, the beds and pillows were so comfortable - everything you want when travelling. We had a room on the back and it was so quiet that even with the windows open to the driveway, our sleep was not disturbed. For its price range, location and comfort- we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great location with very easy access to beach. Plenty of room for a family with teenagers. Firm beds which is so rare in hotels. Excellent. The restaurant downs stairs was very good and convenient.

We did not have an easy-to-use outdoor area but really this is not needed given the location and local facilities. The restaurant is audible as directly below our room, but they close at 8.30pm so not a bother.

Excellently well presented, conveniently central and within walking distance to shops, dining outlets and beach access. The pricing was also quite reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the property itself exceeded our expectations based on the photos supplied by booking.com.

This is not so much of a complaint but more of a warning to keep in mind that the beds were extremely firm. Also, being directly above the kitchen of the cafe, it did get quite noisy at times.

Great location and very close to the beach . Spacious apartment but only one toilet despite stating there was an additional one. Well appointed and even better if living room carpet was cleaned and had new sofas

Carpet in main living room needs a good clean/shampoo and sofas need replacing

The Reception Lady was very nice and extremely helpful and was so lovely, The Location was spot on and great access to everything inc great food, park, and access to beach.

Beds were bit uncomfortable and the sweeping/banging noise from the restaurant staff was a bit much into the night

Our late afternoon arrival and our empathetic reception....And the very pleasant house keeper, who had been renting for 13 years then told to move out because the owners wanted the house back, We hope you can help her ?
