As we only did an overnight stay, the accommodation was fine. A comfortable bed, bar fridge, TV and a hand basin. Ladies shower and toilets were right next door to us and the men's was a minute away from our room. Has a huge landing outside that is set up with chairs and a table outside of each room. Bottle shop was right under us. On arrival we were told that it could get loud that night as they had bands playing until about 2am. Was dreading it, but in the end, we could only just hear it.. Not enough to worry about. For dinner, I got the Reef n Beef. OMG!!! It was delicious. The scallops were huge and the meat was cooked perfectly!!! My partner got steak chips and salad and he thoroughly enjoyed it but was jealous of mine. All staff that we dealt with were friendly and polite.

Really clean older style rooms with an ensuite. Great food at the hotel. Good pub atmosphere with choice of inside or outside eating options.

No onsite parking - had to park outside on street. Aircon was a bit noisy. Need a couple of new bulbs in the room.

Easy to navigate, room was clean, tidy and comfortable. After a 7 hour drive it was a wonderful place to rest before a long day. The staff were welcoming and the hotel food was great! We had the steak and the parmi - 10/10! Delicious.

The bed was a bit too soft for our liking - but that is us being picky. Overall it was a great stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was just a bed, small closet, and a mirror. But it was fine as I was just passing through for 1 night. Bed was very comfortable. Shared bathroom was very clean. I stayed on a Friday night and I was a bit worried about bar noise travelling to my room, but I found no issues

Great location, extremely quiet for being a hotel with a pub. Meals are excellent and reasonably priced. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Stay there once every 2 weeks and am never disappointed

Air con in rooms quite noisy as they are the old style window rattlers but keeps room very cool

The double rooms are spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. Nicely renovated old building. The restaurant m/bar downstairs was really good. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Walking distance to shops.

There was a loud engine noise from the cool room downstairs that constantly went on and off.

Friendly staff, the beers are nice and fresh! Lucky I had a bottle of bourbon 🥃 with me that I had to drink so that I don’t hear the rattling air con, which helped with the bed vibrating 🤪😜💪💃🏿... showers were clean, and when you are totally exhausted you’ll sleep anywhere...😜💃🏿🕺

The room was neat and tidy. Very grateful for the bar fridge. The staff were fantastic. The food was amazing. The mattress was not great though. Overall good value for money, great location and a pleasant stay.

Good location and accessibility. Comfortable room and clean space, amenities all functional and handy. Great staff who actively tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Food at the pub & entertainment just great.

The room had an industrial a/c unit beneath the window, sounded like a jet engine at times.

We always stay here when in Biloela and have never had any complaints about the staff, accommodation or meals. Excellent value for money. Staff ars always so friendly, courteous, and helpful. Meals are great and very generous size.
