Loved the location and the parking was great. Price was good value for a nights stay. Close to the hotel for meals and neat and tidy enough. Bed was comfortable and a good size and staff were friendly. Excellent one or two night stay for anyone out that way

Just needs a few repairs and maintenance re the toilet section in the ground floor unit we stayed for security reasons. Missing louvres in toilet and door wouldn't close properly to secure the unit. We didn't stay long enough for it to be an issue to us at the time but I'm sure it'll be sorted in the near future!

Great for walking from and to facilities

Staff hosed our windows , door at 7 in morning, slipped on ground coming out of door... Our checkout time was 10 am. We came back from breakfast 9.15 to go oilet and freshen up. The room had already been cleaned and refreshed for next guest. No side tables to rest coffee cups or drinks or mobiles on to charge.

It was a convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We were disappointed with our meal at dinner, didn't enjoy it, my rump steak was over cooked, and my wife's crumble steak tasted off, couldn't eat it, mentioned it to the waitress and she said she would tell the cook, but we didn't hear any reply.

Very clean room. Beds were comfortable and warm. Heater worked well, so had no problems keeping the kids warm & comfortable. Kitchenette bar was more than sufficient for our 1 night stay. Parking was right outside the room which was super convenient for me with the kids.

Direction to the hotel by the staff was terrible. Was sent in the opposite direction. The rooms aren't located at the O'Shea Windsor, but a few blocks away & the hotel is actually called Dalby Hotel Motel. This also wasn't explained by the staff so got very lost and confused. General overall instructions missed by staff as far as my room number (which was different to what the receipt said) and what to do with the keys when leaving.

Staff and management at O'Sheas are professional, efficient and friendly. They warmly greeted me, checked me in and then I enjoyed a fabulous party in the function room and only had to walk a few metres to my room. The hotel also has a courtesy bus that drops guests around town at all hours.

A quiet town, it's best to stay close to your accommodation or risk a traffic fine.

Dining room was excellent for dinner. Gentleman was so efficient, friendly and helpful. The meals were very good. Charged my phone for free. Nothing was any trouble.

The water in the shower was cold in the morning.

Clean, new and modern. The owners take care about the hotel and you can see that. Nice room for stay few nights. Everything was perfect and the staff was very friendly

Convenient for an overnight stay. Loved that the room included a toaster along with jug and microwave.

The internet didn’t work at all in the evening. It was fixed the next morning.
