The service was truly awesome. The room was comfortable and clean. We were arriving late and they delivered food to our room for our arrival and the food was absolutely delicious. So comforting. Thank you Sunny and team for a great place to stay.

Motel is in Miles Qld. Honestly there is not much in Miles and I'm glad this was only an overnight stop to our final destination. Everything was good. From reception, to the restaurant, to the beds and shower - no problems. The only issue is the rooms are about 6 inches from the main road train highway so we didn't get a top nights sleep with trucks going past our window all hours. Other then that our stay was good.

Rooms run parallel to Highway and are noisy all night. Other than that. Our very quick stay was enjoyable.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. Kitchen facilities good quality. Quiet location even though just by the highway and easy walk to pubs, restaurants. Supermarket opposite. The most amazing, friendly hotel manager. Super helpful. We needed to get our windscreen fixed for our onward journey and he was incredibly helpful. It would have been much more difficult for us without his help.

Rooms were modern, spotlessly clean and sound proof. Good size tv and Foxtel channels. Massive bathroom and comfy bed. Microwave and split system. Across the road from Iga. Didn’t buy meals but menu looked good and well priced. Undercover parking. Definitely rate a 10/10. Very reasonable price. Felt very welcome on arrival.

Nothing exceptional place to stay.

The Western Downs Motor Inn was a nice place to stay with excellent customer service from the staff. Friendly, professional & welcoming. The kitchen was impressive with modern appliances! They had extra bottles of water for my road trip in the refrigerator, which I appreciated very much! They also provided biscuits & milk for coffee or tea in the morning. The general manager recommended a fantastic place for breakfast before a fun day of travel. I enjoyed my stay at The Western Downs Motor Inn.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was the cleaning of the carpet. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite some time! Other than that, the Western Downs Motor Inn was overall clean & comfortable!

the main meal at night was exceptional. the steak was awesome. my breakfast was ordinary I just dont think the chef knew how to cook scrambled eggs they had a funny flavour. my collegues thought theirs was wonderful.

the flavour of my scrambled eggs. it was like it was cooked on a pan that has residual flavour from a curry.

Accommodation was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The restaurant meal was very good and reasonably priced. After a less than satisfactory and expensive meal at a pub in Emerald the night before it was a pleasant surprise. Sunny provided great customer service.

Had quite a few long term bookings with electrical workers who left very early for work in their rather large trucks waking us before our alarm.

We really appreciated the cleanliness and friendliness at this motel. The shower was a great size and good pressure. Beds were comfy and it was lovely and quiet.

We were a little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night. But there was probably a good reason so it wouldn't change my thoughts for the quality of our stay. We loved our stay.

Great clean, comfy Motel on half way from Sydney to North QLD. Stayed here plenty of times and its alway clean, comfy and pretty quiet. Meal was large and was pretty good (got room service). I will keep staying here on my travels.

Its an 11 hour drive from home

The location was convenient, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and just what was needed after work. The food from the room service meal for dinner was as good as you would get at the pub. The bathroom was huge, great shower.

There seemed to be dust accumulated on the television, and on some surfaces in the room. The spare pillows did not have covers.
