This place was like heaven on Earth! The scenery, the 360 degree views of magnificent countryside landscape, just breath taking. I came with no expectations as I have never been to Nanango before, and I was just blown away by this place. Even my daughter who is a teenager loved it. Then we got to meet Chris and Doug. What can I say, just lovely people who matched perfectly which their beautiful property.

The only thing I did not like is that we had to come back home so soon. We only stay one night as my daughter was performing at the Nanango Play Festival. I wish we could have stayed longer.

So breathtakingly serene. I enjoyed the peace and quiet but also the peace that this location has brought me. Chris and Doug are such wonderful people. Doug loves a chat and seems like a genuinely great person :) absolutely loved my stay here 10/10 would recommend especially if you are a nature kinda person. It’s just so gorgeous out here.

It’s not accessible other than by car but that’s not even an issue. I would specifically rent a car just to stay here again.

The location was on the top of a hill, no road noise, just the birds chirping in the morning. The room was very clean, bed was comfy and a nice hot shower. The hosts, Doug and Chris treated us like family, we had a great cooked breakfast and Doug also gave us great ideas on where to go for a drive in the local area. We have stayed here twice now, and will be back again in 2 months.

There was nothing we did not like.

Situated on a beautiful hilltop with 360 ‘ views over rolling countryside .The perfect retreat to relax or enjoy the surrounding countryside,ideal base for biking of which we took advantage of. Lovely accommodation with everything you need and a lovely closed in veranda with wood stove fireplace.Ideal for breakfast taking in the views. Warm friendly hosts makes for a perfect break to enjoy the best of this scenic area.

This is an outstanding property situated on a wonderful hilltop, rural setting. Our hosts Chris and Doug looked after us superbly. The facilities were first-class and included undercover parking. The deal included breakfast and for an extra fee, Chris provided a delicious evening meal.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Very friendly and welcoming with exceptionally clean and well presented classy accommodation and services. Relaxing and quiet location with great sunset views.

Our mistake of following the car sat navigation. Please use the recommended trip directions from Nanango > Drayton Street > Left on Mount Stanley Rd. > Bullcamp Road > Left on Grindstone School Road > Left into The Block B&B a short way up the road.

Chris and Doug are very welcoming and happy to help if at all possible . Beautiful quiet rural setting. Great breakfast. View of the valley at sunrise was spectacular as was the sunset. Even has Kangaroos to watch while having breakfast in the outdoor enclosed patio.

It is a little out of town so you had to be careful on the drive in at night over a short stretch of gravel road as there were a lot of hares that ran onto the road .

Don’t trust google maps! Request directions from hosts for sealed vs unsealed road entry although gravel road acceptable.

Everything about The Block Vista was exceptional. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular, and Chris and Doug were the perfect hosts. Our cooked breakfast was hot and delicious, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The perfect weekend getaway.

There is honestly nothing not to like.

Not didn't like, but placed the comment here so it would stand out. Do not rely on your sat nav. Ask Chris and Doug for directions. We did a scenic drive to arrive and would not like to do it in the dark. With their directions it turned into a short drive.
