Loved the location, within a stones throw of great bars and restaurants. Perfect for walks on the river, sitting and watching the world go by with a coffee. Easy bus ride to Hastings Street, free on the weekend or go card during the week. Several pools and spas to choose from. Three bathrooms in the four bedroom apartment, split living areas on three levels, multiple balconies to relax on, air conditioning in all the upstairs bedrooms & ceiling fans in all four bedrooms. Property was accessible from the front and rear.

We were a group of three generations and the stairs were a little challenging for the senior family members. Just something to bear in mind if anyone has mobility issues. The tandem car parking spots were very tight to get in and out of, however there was plenty of street parking available too.

10/10 value for money, clean, cosy, bright & comfy! great big comfy couch for the whole family, lovely decor, good facilities - laundry & kitchen. comfy beds, good bathrooms. Great position right across from the Noosa river. easy access to Hastings street on bus or ferry. Zachary’s pizza just out front as well as many other restaurants & cafes in easy walking distance. great pools in the complex - I’m pretty sure at least one is heated. we did a Noosa jet ski hire tour which was so much fun, great coffee at the little kiosk attached to Noosa jet ski hire too.

We loved the location, the pool and spas and the management was helpful when we needed help.The size and layout was also very enjoyable..

It was understocked for what the amount of people staying. The beds were ok but they had sheets only and on king size bed we had a king single size doona which obviously was inadequate. The fire alarm went off several times and in the middle of the night when we were all sleeping. We ended up having to take batterie out because it kept going off and that was the only way to stop it.we all checked and there was no smoke.

We loved everything about Noosa Outrigger Beach Resort! I travelled with my 3 young kids and my parents. Lots to see and do along the river and great local atmosphere. The resort had 3 pools! My kids and my parents especially loved the heated pool. Sauna was excellent too! Our room was great and felt like we were staying in a rainforest with the lovely greenery around the resort offering privacy and a great relaxing stay. The kitchen was well equipped as well.

This was my 2nd stay at Outrigger Noosa with 20 years between trips. Place is amazing perfect location with the most amazing lagoon style swimming pools and very heated. Apartments are very spacious and birdlife is great to watch from the deck at sunset. Out the front of the resort is the most amazing restaurant, 5pm daily happy hour to watch sun set with a few drinks, and the meals were so big n yummy we ended up dining here 3 nights in a row was so good and great staff atmosphere. Everything is in walking distance, the water ferry is right at your front door perfect trip along river and upto Noosa shops. Would highly recommend staying at Outrigger friendly staff and we will defiantly be back hopefully sooner than later!

Only thing that let down the apartment down was the lounge suite. Being a light colour it needed a good clean or would recommend having replaced. Carpets also a tad dated other than that it was a 10/10

Great location, easing walking distance to some great restaurants and across the road from the bus and the ferry. Gympie Terrace is busy and lively. The apartment was great for our family of four adults, with a seating area outside facing the river. Best of all we got fabulous support from Michelle and the team who look after the resort, really helpful and responsive.

We were in number 5 Riverview 3 bed apartment and front access to the street was fantastic. So close to the river, shops and restaurants. Another point is the property is just across from the Noosa Ferry Terminal so we could quite easily hop on the ferry into Hastings Street. The apartment itself was well equip and lovely river views. Having the choice of 3 swimming pools was great, with 2 being heated. The lady on reception was very helpful and we all fell in love with her furry helper Marley :)

Only minor thing the apartment did not have a full length mirror. When you have teenage girls this can be problematic:)

This is a great complex with a variety of room types. We had a 4 bedroom this time which was great for us , with kids and grandkids with us for a few days. The heated pool is a huge bonus to have in winter. Grandkids love it. 3 pools in all, and spotlessly clean. Great location, particularly with Zachary's out front. Kids love a pizza!

A rug in the living room would be nice, particularly in winter. No dustpan and brush (but a brush and vacuum cleaner, so no big deal)

We stayed in the RIVERVIEW. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. When we walked in we were overwhelmed by the size of the 3 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are huge. It was like having our own little holiday house- it did not feel like we were a part of a resort - we loved it. The river is directly across the road from our front door. My family and I will definitely be returning.

Parking... Admittedly, we holidayed here at the busiest time of the year (Xmas/New Year). If you are travelling with family in more than one car, the resort has parking for one car. The second car you will need to find parking on the street. At this time of the year, the parking is crazy in Noosa. We made it work, and it did not impact our stay at the resort at all.

Location ... location ... location ... It was a large place, so great for kids and we enjoyed how peaceful it was yet it was so close to a beach and restaurants. I would defiantly recommend this place.

Only thing was the kids beds was like a trampoline, everything else was great.
