The people managing are extremely friendly and accomodating, we requested a late check in due to late flights and the room was left ready for us including a light left on. The family size room was actually 2 bedrooms and a lot more spacious than what we expected, both rooms had air-conditioning that worked great. Bathroom extremely modern and clean. Room was very clean, smelt nice and welcoming.

There wasn’t much to complain about really we would stay here again 100%, however went for a coffee early this morning and the milk was off, also could do with some more soap / body wash in the bathroom as ran out.

It is user friendly for Disabled people and the Location so close to the CBD and Restaurants makes it a great place to stay. Even when the temperatures are in the Minuses, the rooms are warm and comfortable. You get to park your Vehicle right outside your Door, which allows you easy access for your in town visits.

Being on the main rout towards Sydney, you can get some intermittent Truck noise just after Dawn. But its not too loud to be annoying.

The proprietor and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable and well designed. Road noise was hardly noticeable despite being on a major highway. An enjoyable stay of 11 nights. We will use this motel again.

Facilities stated on the booking.com site should match what is provided. For example, electric blankets are stated as being included but were not. Not a problem since the air conditioning was quite adequate but it is nice to be able to rely on the inclusions as being correct.

Room was above average, bathroom was newly refurbished and excellent. Bed very comfortable, good mattress.

Heating was by old style window type of aircon which tend to be noisy. Even there were a few guests only I had neighbours left and right which kept the aircon running all night, even it was a relatively mild night. They could have kept empty rooms between occupied once. No EV charging.

Very clean room and great value for money. Only a short distance from town centre. Bed was comfy and shower was OK.

Not much to complain about, It’s a little noisy being close to the highway and the night we stayed it was full, so some people getting back to their rooms late and some leaving early. But hey it’s a motel and not a resort…

I was after somewhere in Warwick that was comfortable, good value and quiet. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Everything was very well maintained.

The only downside, and this isn't much, is there was a bit of traffic noise, although that stopped at a reasonable hour. With windows closed against the cold, it hardly mattered.

Exceptional stay, got a very late check in after 8pm and was accommodated with no fuss. Was an extremely noisy neighbour 1 night of my 3 night stay but it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall cheap stay for comfort and quality!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room with everything I needed for an overnight stay. Netflix and wi-fi included. A face washer in my towel bundle was much appreciated! Sharon's an efficient, welcoming host.

Air-con was sometimes a little bit noisy at night, but I suspect that it was due to me not knowing how to work it properly. ☺️

Great shower , bed extremely comfortable , having a toaster and microwave was so convenient .Also a hair straightener was an added bonus .Easy check in and very friendly staff.

Nothing really , only real complaint would be that it was a bit noisy being on the main road .

Very clean rooms which also had a 'freshness' type of smell to them. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No issues booking in or leaving early. Even though the motel is next to the main road, you don't hear much traffic. Will book again when I am out this way.
