The cleaner of this motel must be a perfectionist. It was spotless. The room was spacious and modern. I have seen comments where people complained about the noise from trains and highway. We did not experience any issues. A train went through town around 9pm and was pretty quiet, I thought. Didn't hear another till around 7.30am (I was already awake). No train whistles. Highway noise was very minor as well.

The sink wasn't in the bathroom, but this wasn't a deal breaker at all, just a little different. Everything was spot on but the man at reception was very nutural. Didn't make any small talk and wasn't too forthcoming with information when I asked about facilities around town. He was fine, just not very engaging in conversation.

re question on expectations, one never really knows when staying at any motel. Perhaps more so in the country. But my experience started so well when I visited reception on my way to a nearby town. I was briefed on what room I had and how to access. Arrived back that evening and entered what was a fantastic room to walk into. Spotless, beds with crisp white sheets and bed well made. Hot water important on cold night and morning. Excellent tv with many channels and great reception. The usual tea/coffee etc, with mini bar and treats also available. I felt right at home on my one night stay. Have already told numerous friends and thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

For a motor Inn, the room was exceptionally clean. Mattress was good and firm. Sheets were clean without those nasty stains. Carpet was clean with no stains. Room was supplied with complimentary coffee, tea. There was a microwave in the room along with a toaster! It was clear they made improvements to an old property but they are in the right direction. Each electrical appliances also has a tag with a test date and next year date and signed with the owners name - I have never seen that before in a motel or motor Inn where we've stayed. It shows the level of responsibility of the owners.

The shower curtains could be longer

My 2nd stay at this motel. We stayed on a weekend. The main bedroom has a great feeling of being "spacious" can easily move around in it. The rooms were very clean and tidy We found eveything in the room met our needs for a pleasant and good nights sleep. The combined Bathroom/Toilet is well laid out and functional. The motel has a very big area of parking for both car and trailer/caravan. The host and hostess were friendly and helpful. The key-code entry is a great idea no loosing keys.

Nothing, But with an ageing population I think ALL motels in Australia need to install at least one "Grab Rail" in the shower area and on the wall adjacent to or in front of the toilet bowl for "Seniors" and Disabled People

A great motel with recently renovated rooms and more upgrades underway at the front of the motel. The 24/7 check process was easy and straight forward, no hassles at all. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a stocked mini bar with very well priced local wine and a healthy breakfast too, for those in a hurry without time to fine a local cafe.

It would have been great if there was a restaurant on-site, but it wasn't an issue at all and the Keith pub served up one of the best steaks we have ever eaten.

One thing that amazed me the most was how tech savvy the place was. The check in system was an absolute amazing thing ever. No stress of keys and even if someone locked themselves out. Absolutely seamless. There was also a bible- which was a sweet gesture. The touch lamps were a plus!

Nothing I didn’t like but just a tip: maybe could add a toothpaste when they mentioned toiletries. The rest was on point.

A great road side motel in a small town. Great size room comfortably furnished bed fridge TV. great shower and pre booking is advised for late self checking in after hours. Be staying here again.

No continental breakfast available or community room with breakfast available. It would give them a 10 star rating if they offered this option. A swimming pool would be an advantage for the place in the future.

We supplied our own breakfast. I liked the code access to the rooms. We walked into the centre of town for dinner - the hotel food was really good. There was a petril staion next door. Works were going on around but presented no problem.

We were quite happy; don't think I have need to complain. Keith is not a big town; it was nice to find decent accommodation.

Very modern with great facilities room is tastefully furnished with good quality bedding electronic door lock is a great idea as are the charging stations for EV's outside the motel room only downside Good place to stay I have stayed here on 3 occasions.

Siomething the motel has n o control over the freight trains passing at night get a bit noisy at times

Great late night check in service, rooms clean and comfortable. As a traveler for work across 4 states, id rate this motel as one of the better locations to stay.

I was a bit surprised that the bin in the room wasn't emptied and put back in the cupboard under the sink. There is a sign stating if you leave the towels on the rail to be re used which I did but they were still changed every day.
