Ceduna Motor Inn

Have stayed here twice before and I really like it – it's a nice oldschool motel that's clean, spacious, and very comfortable after a long day on the road. I like the ambience of this motel. Staff are very accommodating and helpful, with the reception open until 22:00, which is great for checking in after travelling across the Nullarbor from WA and losing up to 2.5 hours. However, you can still check in to your room after hours if you arrive after the reception is closed. Room facilities are great – very functional. Good undercover parking right outside your room. Good value for money.

Large very comfy bed. Spacious room. Well designed. Well positioned TV. Clean and tidy. Continental breakfast. Cleanliness. Two enterances/exits which is handy depending on which direction you head in.

Noisy area. Staff were more concerned with cleaning up and keeping to their closing times than being attuned to customers. I heard one man become agitated with a staff member cleaning up a table were he was trying to relax after finishing his meal (after being told to clean up by the manager). Too much packaging (unenvironmentally friendly) breakfast).

For my purposes of travel was convenient to what I needed. Restuarant on site, the food was great and reasonably priced. Parking outside your room, undercover & value for money. Comfy bed. Accommodates all hours check in requirements when you contact them in advance. Have stayed previously and will stay again.

Driveway is just a bit potholey and gravely for someone on a motorcycle.

Big welcome smile from the boss on arrival! Everything was spotless in our room! It was large and had a great shower, cold fridge and parking right out front, everything you need! We had a great feed in the restraunt (chicken burger was delish!!) and had a huge chat with the boss and his friend about life! We had a really great experience! Thank you also for calming our nerves about the next part of our journey through the nullabor! Would 100% stay again!

We arrived at the Motor Inn at 9pm from a 13 hour drive with our Doggo.The Gentleman at reception was around to give us out our key! The check in process is so quick and easy. We got a pet friendly room and I just want to say how greatful we are to be able to have our dogo with us safely inside. This room was perfect for us it is so nice to have Pet friendly accommodation. I'm a clean freak and my dogo is crate trained for inside so to see this room spotless and not an inch of dog hair anywhere was just amazing. Smelt so fresh too!! The cleanliness of this room was a high standard and we appreciate Ceduna Motor inn for the option of Pet friendly rooms. Thanks, see you again in a few weeks.

Easy to find on the highway. Friendly greeting, they actually knew I was coming. Presentable lodgings with all that was promised. Inexpensive meal for such a remote location and standard help yourself breakfast included, nicely presented in pleasant surroundings. I was able to take my evening meal and drink to my room which was a surprising bonus. Not flash but nor is the price. I would recommend this Motel for anyone making the long trek between WA to SA.

We searched for a dog friendly place\ to stay. From first contact staff were very helpful, friendly and met our needs. Thanks. Location was pretty good as there was plenty of room to walk our dogs and really not that far from town centre.

locals drove through property in front of room using this as a short cut, we thought they may be casing the motel to break into lour car later that night. Is there some way to stop l.ocal traffic cutting through property?

Lovely, cosy, dog-friendly, well appointed room with plenty of space for dog and luggage. The room was exceptionally well priced compared to some along our route, and breakfast was included, although we left too early the next morning to participate. Steve at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and even brought our dinner on a tray (with a bottle of wine!) to the room as it was too cold to sit outside to eat with our dog.

What's not to like, except maybe the traffic noise, but then it is conveniently located just off the highway.

We didn't avail ourselves to the continental breakfast as we were catching up with relatives, and breakfast time was restrictive. The room was comfortable and very clean which was great. The Motor Inn is not that far away from the town centre but we chose to use our car.

The curtain in our room was torn, and would have liked better lighting in the room. Breakfast availability time was a bit restrictive which is why we chose to have breakfast elsewhere.

Fantastic location just off Eyre highway & close to town. The staff on were just outstanding & they were so helpful & accommodating The room, admittedly dated & old, was very very clean & well kept thanks to housekeeping & i was in a pet friendly room which as explained isn’t as nice as the rest of the hotel rooms. This was a clean room & dog friendly so i have zero complaints at all.

Road noise & noise in general. This is a road motel, high traffic & a lot of overnight stays only so this is a minor observance
