We booked a waterfront unit and we weren’t disappointed in the views from the main bedroom and the lounge room. Older style unit with new appliances. Well stocked apartment with a bonus lockup garage. Very roomy apartment. Unit had its own Weber BBQ, too cold for us to use in July but a great inclusion for warmer weather.

The bed in the main bedroom was no where near as comfortable as the bed in the second bedroom, so we swapped.

Location. Covered area between room and bathroom.

Room advertised online was not the room we received. Room online suggested we would have direct ocean views. This is the booking platforms issue - not the park's but originally I felt this was false advertising, until I reflected on it a bit. No picture online would be better than the picture they had of a modern colourbond cabin perched on top of sand dunes with a direct view of the ocean.

Excellent value for money, fabulous location with excellent amenities, and perfectly clean! We loved the games room and easy access to the beach. I would definitely recommend Shelly Beach and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We also loved the little interior court yard in our cottage - very private , while still feeling your part of the park community.

Everything was perfect.

I've been around caravan parks travelling for work and pleasure with camper in tow but I have to say this place is AMAZING! One of the most picturesque places I've stayed. If you have a chance to stay at Shelly Beach, you won't regret it. Quiet and just out of town but close enough. Staff are great and amenities clean. Plenty of space on sites and my Cabin was Magic!

Beautiful view, very spacious apartment. Full kitchen (just needed some salt ;) Plently of comfortable seating and dinning areas.

A little dated but fine. Had a slight funny smell on entry but we aired it out and it was fine. Only thing that could improve the stay was a bigger Tv (from the lounge to the other side of the room, across the dinning area, was really hard to see).

Beautiful location, clean, large house, car garage was great!!

Moreso a heads up. We forgot to look for the wifi password at the checkin and couldn’t find the password in the room anywhere so went back to checkin for it where it’s written on the outside of the building. Not even a negative cause we enjoyed the walk down and back!

we stayed in Villa unit no 2. the location is fantastic. beautiful early morning beach walks. orange sunset from private veranda. almost no need to close blinds as so private. excellent security with lock up garage. fully functioning laundry. generous washing liquids for kitchen and laundry as well as things like cling film and foil. thoughtfully presented and beautifully kept property.

Was like living in a fully self contained house with amazing views of the ocean. Enclosed garage was great for the car, made us feel safe with all our belongings inside.

Shower wasn't the best, bit small and water pressure not the best, but that wasn't a deal breaker at all.

Loved the quality of the unit and the location overlooking the beach. Even little details like having seating in the carport area to eat if it's too windy or hot to eat on the deck. Loved everything!

Only downside is not really walking distance to town but that wasn't a problem at all.

The area is very beautiful and the location is spot on, the facilities are very good and very well maintained and the park is clean.

If I need to have one bad grip, it’s the pillows. That said your home pillow is always a favourite.
