So, I stayed in Naracoorte for a couple of nights on a work trip, expecting the usual mediocre experience. Shockingly, I was wrong. The room was not only clean and tidy but also inexplicably large (even for a superior room), like, you-could-host-a-small-convention large. The heater worked well and without sounding like a helicopter, which, in my extensive experience, is a rare luxury. The bed was pretty comfortable—I didn’t wake up feeling like I lost a wrestling match. There was even a decent-sized fridge and the TV suited the massive room size. Plus, the free WiFi was strong enough to stream TV & movies without turning it into a buffering nightmare. I travel a lot for work and have seen my fair share of dreary country motels, but this one... this one was well above average. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

The family room(s) were spacious, and the kids enjoyed having their own separate area. Although the TV in the kids' room wasn't smart, they ended up watching the large TV in the main room. The rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all the essentials. The location was fantastic, and it was pleasantly quiet. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. Highly recommended.

I wish they could offer a buffet breakfast like regular hotels.

We were very happy with our room. It was quiet and the room was large with good facilities and the bed was very comfortable.we also appreciate the ver large parking bays. Great for when you're loading and unloading the car.

We have no complaints, we liked everything about the place. My only comment and this is for all motels is that I'd love to have a laundry room I could access. Being on the road for quite a number of weeks it would be very helpful.

Overall we were impressed. Cleanliness, appliances provided, cutlery and crockery, toiletries. I have been continually disappointed by air bnb option that I have started to go back to motels. And I am glad to have made this choice.

A courtesy call would have been good customer service to check how far away we would be. Though it is something I could have done also, a courtesy call to say expected arrival would be a bit later. As we found that heating had been turned off due to staff not knowing when/if we were arriving. Cleaner came in before check out time. With no knock on the door they were about to walk straight in but I had the security chain latched across. A surprise for all of us as I would have been caught nude on my way to the bathroom. Perhaps staff could knock before entering if they are going to clean before check out time.

Navi and Sunny, the very welcoming and helpful. The complex is well presented, appealing and neat. Spacious and self-contained bedroom with good-sized bathroom. Clean and well-maintained. Comfortable bed conducive to sound sleep. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

Perhaps the freezer compartment of the fridge could have a door as nothing will freeze without it

it was on the main rod but quiet overnight impeccably clean and all services present . kettle toaster microwave and lovely hot shower

was worried about the location opposite mitre 10 but it was quiet and fulfilled our needs of a bed for a night while travelling

The shower was a bit weak not a good flow possibly due to a water saving shower head but overall a very pleasing place to stay clean,comfortable,and friendly staff what more do you need

Spacious room, large carparc, big size tv with internet. Large bathroom with good water pressure. Air con quiet and efficient. Decent breakfast, very clean room.

Nothing that stands out. Maybe some limited privacy since all rooms face the carparc typical motel layout for a short stay with no undercover carpot, otherwise ideal for larger contractor with van and ladders.

Ideal stopover to explore a nice part of the country . Easy to find and close to excellent facilities. Good pubs and eateries within walking distance.

Not much at all to dislike. The room exceeded our expectations by a good margin and Naracoorte was a pleasure to visit.
