The Hotel is in the middle of downtown - and is a lovely Victorian-era building. There was good parking right outside my motel unit. Food in the tavern was good and reasonably priced with a great selection of beers.

When I checked in I asked what time they did Dinner in the Tavern, they told me - but might have advised me too book a table! So I had to wait for a table to clear and then service was quite slow. To be fair they were very busy from a Monday night!. There was good wifi in the room and in the main building - but I could not find out the password until the next morning.

I didn't realise you were open for breakfast? I'm sure the last time I stayed there I was told you didn't do breakfast? I will remember this for next time. The dinner is always nice. The room is good. Plenty of parking space for my large plant trailer out the back. Great service in general - thank you.

The shower curtain was old and dirty, also not enough water coming out of the shower.

We were a small group who booked three rooms for our trip. The check-in process was easy, with all very comfy rooms, with great amenities, and fabulous on-site dining and refreshment options. The rooms were detached from the main hotel, well insulated, and recently refurbished, so all the necessary amenities were available, including wind glasses, and small kitchenette.

A little narrow to access the bathrooms, gut otherwise great place to stay.

Yes the room was a little on the small size, but I only wanted a clean comfortable bed to sleep in for the night and it was also needed a nice hot shower and it was. The room was very clean and compact. The staff were friendly. We’ve stayed before and will stay again. Thank you

If there was anything it would be the shower floor was a bit slippery. A shower mat would help but likewise would probably be stolen. You learn to be careful when you are of the older generation.

The property is conveniently located at one of the local hotels and although the main building is undergoing major renovations and this caused some confusion regarding check in and check out, the rooms were recently renovated and attractive. The bathroom was of an unusual layout but worked quite well for us, maybe not so well for people with mobility issues.

Refrigeration noise from the hotel would disturb some. It needs to be better insulated and this could easily be done during the renovations.

No breakfast facilities but was well supported by many close places that offered breakfast at reasonable costs. The room (obviously the rear motel facility is quite recent) was well prepared and presented very favourably. Would be a little small for more than two persons but I was alone. My only complaint was a raised dividing section between the ensuite and the main room which became a hazard when, unnoticed, I cut my foot. Very quiet at night which was a change from many like facilities that are close to main roads. The Hotel present a variety of bars etc which were very popular and caters for most needs. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a litle more expensive than I had hoped for but Booking.com's discount helped.

The weather - but that's not the management's fault. A dvd player would have been a welcome addition but ironing and washing up needs were well catered for. Great shower which was a welcome assett unlike a lot of hotel/motels.

Central location, clean, updated bathroom, large basin, with space for toiletries. Comfortable bed. Nice pub dinner, and a delicious virgin Mary! No breakfast but a lovely coffee shop within a short walk that was open at 7am

There was no information in the room regarding facilities available, or what to see in Naracoorte. WiFi information was not initially provided, but when I went back to ask, the staff was very friendly and provided it immediately

We ate at one of the local cafes for breakfast. We were unsure if you could eat breakfast at the hotel.

The rooms have been renovated and are modern and clean. However in the bathroom the old rusty shower curtain rail had not been replaced and the shower curtain had seen better days … it was the same in the room my brother and SIL stayed in … so if this gets sorted the rooms would be perfect.

Comfortable beds (electric blankets a nice touch, especially in winter), good sized room, staff were friendly, in a good location, easy check in process. Rooms are attached to the pub facility which makes for easy food and drinks.

Lovely room overlooking gardens, abit small but so clean & modern. Wi-Fi good, everything you need
