Booked 1 night accommodation in a queen room for $140. The motel is located in West Port Augusta on the Eyre Hwy. Its a single storey building built on 2 sides with car parking in front of the rooms. There is a rear entry to the complex making it easier to get out & on your way. Friendly greeting & allocated Room 12, down the back. The units have a security screen door. Its a spacious room with sofa, dining table, microwave kettle toaster etc. The bed is comfortable too. Wifi is excellent & air con good too. There is very little road noise. The ensuite is a good size, with a good shower. We have stayed here before & enjoy its amenities & location.

Showers were really good. Very comfortable bed! Fast food next door and supermarket across the road, very convenient! Quiet location, being on a busy road. Very modern appliances in the bathroom.. Also a kitchen sink and plates etc in the room. Coffee pod machine. Microwave also, not always in a motel room anymore.. Power points good for phones! Great mirror in the room. Cleaned each day and vacuum too. No key needed, modern entry with a card. Looked after us well. The owner went over and above for us to make sure we received Stan etc in our room (using our own membership) so we had three nights of entertainment. Nice couple running the motel. 💯

Men next door for one of our three nights wanted to sit outside late, noisy enough to hear them, so I rang the owner and at 10pm he obliged us by coming outside and asking them to quiet down a little so they went inside their room. All done well with no fuss!

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room is well configured and facilities were as new. Lovely bathroom and kitchen with great shower. We didn’t arrive until 8pm, so I was pleased to see fresh ice cubes in freezer and cold water in fridge. Good sized TV which is well placed. Staff were friendly and polite. Car parking in front of rooms. We will definitely book here again if we visit in the future.

I wish we knew that the TV wasn’t connected to internet. Remote suggested it was but I gave up after trying for 20 minutes or so. Staff member told me the next morning that they were the remotes that came with the TV’s but they’re not connected to internet, so those buttons won’t work. I also couldn’t get my chromecast working.

The couple who checked us in were delightful. Had a lovely chat. The room was very clean and the bathroom updated. Great soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser 👍

Nothing. We had everything we needed! Only thing travellers might need to know is most of the restaurants/food places are on the other side of the bridge. Not too far to walk though if you want a wine with tea.

Great continental breaky and rooms are always clean and tidy. Great people Shannon and Jason the mangers of the business and always very accommodating. great to stay it's to the local shop, pub and chemist.

Half way through the holiday at a very late stage I realised I had mixed up our travelling dates, and booked the wrong night. The staff were fantastic with resolving this for me with no additional charge- which was very appreciated! Rooms are of a good quality and definitely one of the better motel accommodation experiences

This was far and away the most complete of all the ten or so motels we stayed in on our trip. Everything a traveller needs was supplied. The decor was excellent, the bed comfortable, pillows the best, bedside tables etc, all provided net curtains to give some privacy but allow light in AND a screen door so the main door could be left open. it certainly ticked all my boxes!

only small point I can think is- a coffee table in front of couch and to be able to turn TV to watch comfortably from couch

Very clean and well appointed, spacious unit with parking at the front door.

There was a rumble of heavy trucks throughout the night, however, the unit was near the front of the complex so units further back wouldn't have this issue.

It was located very conveniently to a great restaurant. It was also very handy for access to the main thoroughfare we needed to access for travel. It was very easy to access the property from the main road. Staff were very good.

Quite happy all round really. No complaints at all. I thought the price was very competitive.

Excellent motel. Surprisingly quiet even though it was on a very busy road. Very close to a supermarket and a hotel where we had an excellent meal. Nice walk to the Rotary Park and water tower lookout where there was a great view of the area
