This room was excellent. Size was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and couch. Kitchenette well set out, bathroom very spacious and the lighting was excellent with additional lights for applying makeup. View was beautiful overlooking the Murray river. Location is ideal for a relaxing stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spotlessly clean, bright, light, spacious. Location excellent, walking distance to Barham, good river and bush walks from the motel. Very friendly helpful staff.

Unit 6, our car not parked directly in front of our unit, our park was only two units away which was not a problem. However the parking space in front of our unit was for another unit and they left in a loud work vehicle at 6am.

Great location on Murray river with good views. Comfortable king size bed. Nice hotel across road for drinks after dinner. Staff very friendly. Internet TV good.

No breakfast or restaurant available but local bakery at Barham good for breakfast and golf club for dinner was not far away.

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Easy parking. It is in a great location with a lovely pub across the road. It is a beautiful walk along the Murray River to the town. We had a two-bedroom apartment which had a balcony overlooking the river.

Impeccably clean and tidy. Good facilities in room. Comfy bed. Nice view. Sunny balcony. Excellent pub and Cafe nearby. Good walking paths nearby. Staff are wonderful to deal with.

Nothing that can be changed. Found it slightly noisy during the day while sitting on the balcony because of the local sawmill but after a while you can tune it out.

What a lovely surprise..a lovely property in small, quiet rural setting. Very quiet peaceful surrounds within walking distance of river and walks. Local general store for supplies and open several hours daily, otherwise a supermarket within short driving distance over the river.

The room was very clean and spacious, the kitchenette was a bonus and the bed comfortable. The room was warm and the bathroom a good size with ample hot water pressure in the shower. Great location and quiet. Barbecue provided was terrific which we made use of. Staff very friendly

Perfect big room with a balcony overlooking the river. Sparkling big bathroom, huge comfortable bed , everything you need, and peaceful decor. Owners are lovely and the pub across the road is an Australian classic

Spacious, modern comfortable rooms with the Murray River out the door, hotel on the opposite corner and a little cafe across the road, perfect for a weekend getaway, the staff were very accommodating.

Love everything from the clean rooms ,open living to the beautiful views, especially as we driving back from the Gold Coast to Adelaide and this was our last leg of our stops , to open the door and see what we had to stay in , we had very tired smiles on our faces, this place top our holiday off with definitely a 10/10.

The pub next door weren't serving meals that night, but no major drama as we pop over the bridge to the Brahman RSL for a beautiful meal ..Happy Days
