Staff were welcoming and informative, room was clean, well laid out - a small room with a bed, chair and hanging area plus cosy heater for chilly nights and a fan for summer. Tall ceilings, thick walls, so even with exuberant fellow guests my room was quiet and snug. Shared bathrooms are really nice: modern, clean and well equipped with separate shower rooms and good mirrors. They offered free parking, particularly helpful on a busy Mansfield weekend. The whole pub including accommodation has free guest wifi - really appreciated that!

The rooms are upstairs and access is by steep stairs. Can't be helped, but I had a dodgy knee so I struggled a bit with those.

We found this on a long weekend coming home from somewhere else. The only room left we could find anywhere. We dont usually stay in pubs. From the start we were treated as special guests. Rooms are fairly small as most pub rooms are no TV or radio. Showed around and greeted by the owner(Dennis i think sorry if wrong im bad with names) I dont think we could have stayed for more than a night but for us overnight a feed in the dining room ( Rory i think was very friendly and couldnt do enough for the clientel.) and a comfortable bed was ideal. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again on the way through. Give it a go i dont think you will be disappointed. We stayed up for a while and sat in front of the fire with a cocktail and felt very posh.

We had a queen room and it was quite small but very comfy. Bathroom facilities were lovely and clean The balcony was a nice surprise to relax with a wine before our event.

I searched last minute online. The cheapest room was a deletite hotel. All I needed was a bed and a shower. I will most definitely be back again. The room was small but hey! All I needed was a bed! I've stayed in rooms above a pub that where that bad they supplied ear plugs to sleep! My room was that quiet I had to turn the fan on for comfort noise! 100% happy!

They have a balcony you can eat, smoke, and drink on at your own leisure! It's bloody brilliant! But whilst I was enjoying the sunset. From a seat with a view fit for a king. Unfortunately my beers weren't fit for drinking. A brisk walk down the small flight of stairs I arrived at the bottle shop. Where I quickly corrected this discrepancy. All in all great stay!

The Delatite Hotel is a charming place that was built in the 1880s after the Gold Rush ensuring towering architecture in a prominent town location with spacious rooms, high ceilings and wonderful wide verandahs overlooking the passing parade of country folk and tourists. It was never going to be a luxurious stay but was sparsely comfortable, very clean and everything you needed for the night was provided for you. I was well aware the toilet and showers were communal and that was in line with the price.

The large sash windows open to the verandah. Some insect screens might have improved the experience.

Single room was great value for one night and convenient location on the main drag of town with parking locked overnight. Staff were very helpful and food at pub is good. Shared bathrooms were in good condition and clean.

Was a little noisy being on the main drag but does gets quiet enough for sleeping.

Perfect location, right in the centre of Mansfield. The staff and owner are exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The owner, Dean, came over and introduced himself to us, and offered to give us a better room that was more suitable for us travelling with kids which we appreciated very much! The bistro serves excellent meals and the waiters are all super friendly and efficient.

Great location in the centre of Mansfield; parking was easy to access and helpful to have - very secure. Staff were warm and welcoming. Dining downstairs for lunch was fabulous. Room was comfortable (great bed) and warm with lovely character features. Ensuite was clean and spacious, with lovely big, soft towels.

Tea provided was very nice. A shame there wasn't better (real) coffee.

I enjoy the cosy vibe in a country pub. Rooms are clean and cosy and bathrooms and toilets spotless. The general location is the centre of town and the hospitality from Dean and staff is impeccable. The restaurant has a variety of enjoyable meals. We will be back for sure.

Was initially concerned about the shared bathroom facilities - but it was not an issue when we were there. The bedroom was well-equipped with comfortable bed. Location was great as it is in the middle of Mansfield. Was given some notice by staff member that there would be a live-band in the bar downstairs - but it was not an issue as we did not hear anything throughout the night. The meals at the Bistro were great as well. Highly recommended for anyone who is in the area or using Mansfield as a stopover to Mt Buller.

It was quite dark in some parts of the car park - even though there was a flood light. Hopefully this can be improved. The car park was also well-hidden behind the location - an earlier heads up would be preferable. We were only informed of the location when we checked in, so I was required to move the car again.
