Room was a good size with really comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful and the free to use laundry room was a welcome surprise for a family half way through a road trip!! Great location, right on the sea front with plenty of places to eat close by - don't miss out on the hotels' own restaurant whilst you are here though - we ate there one evening and the food was fantastic!!

Only minor negative was lack of choice at breakfast and fruit etc was slow to be replenished. We discovered on the last morning that other breakfast options were available at an extra charge but we hadn't been informed of this previously so missed out!

The room was presented nicely and was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Provisions for tea and coffee were supplied. Bottled water was not complimentary. Laundry was free but closed too early.

Old shower unit. Mould on grout and floor corners. Swimming pool was closed and had been for some weeks apparently but this was not disclosed on website. We paid for continental breakfast but coffee machine was broken and no fresh berries etc. Fruits provided were sugary tinned variety. Just a very ordinary breakfast!

The breakfast included in price was brilliant. Staff were lovely. Accommodation suited our quick trip from Kalgoorlie for the day. Great price for 2 adults and teen.

There was a strange smell in the room - we did find 4 tablets under the single bed when we moved bed to wall for space that we believed were possibly beroccas that could of caused the smell that seeped into carpet. The shower soap dish also hadn’t been cleaned and had caked soap on it. These were small issues and didn’t majorly concern our stay but thought worth bringing to your attraction.

The location was great, a lot of attractions within walking distance, the room and service was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our continental breakfast was included and it was always plentiful.

On our last night we requested room service from reception and was told because of a large booking in the dining room this would be unavailable to us. We have since spoken to another staff member on reception who said this should never have happened, as room service is part of their service and available 24 hours a day. She was most apologetic and would speak to the previous staff member.

Absolutely central, free parking close to the room was great. Very friendly staff! Simple rooms but comfortable, supplied everything that is needed, nice linen. Lovely hot and strong shower! Complimentary laundry was sooo practical! Very tasty dinner at the „Seasons“ Restaurant. Nice complimentary breakfast!

Style/Bathroom slightly tired but the price of the room, comfort and cleanliness was really great!

The staff helped us out greatly and we were so thankful - We arrived hours early, so they stored our bags and texted us when our room was ready so we could explore the town and they allowed us to stay in the room hours after check-out until our flight. The room was exactly as advertised, clean and neat. Large comfortable bed. Fantastic central location with plenty of parking. Walking distance for many food/drink venues.

The walls are thin with minimal soundproofing. At night it was fine but in the morning we could hear everyone leaving the rooms heading to breakfast or out for the day.

Room 45 - Ground floor - sea view. From the moment you arrive, the staff are great including room service staff. This was just an overnight stay. I wish we had stayed longer. We were at another resort prior for six nights and unable to stay for the seventh. This was a pleasant surprise. Tory looked after us at breakfast. Breakfast was included. Including pancakes, toast, different cereals, fruit, yoghurts, juices, tea and coffee. Lacie looked after us at reception, we asked for a cup of fresh milk to go with our in room tea and coffee. This wasn’t any trouble. They have laundry facilities at no cost. There is a small charge for washing powder.

Carpet needs a refresh.

We were welcomed by Morag who ran through all the options available at the motel and made our check in super easy. Later l asked Brianna at reception where we could buy some bread and she gave us some bread from the kitchen because the shops were shut. The room was large with an ocean view, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The meal at the restaurant was superb and the waitress made sure we wanted for nothing.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Front of house staff were friendly and family room was a good size and layout of beds was good.

Very dated interior which could do with an update as mould on shower screen was pretty bad. Would be good if cutlery was included as had a toaster but now plates or knives and forks. Restaurant staff we scruffy with long hair not tied back, creased clothing, one appeared to have come straight in from a run wearing his skins, shorts and running trainers. Another used his chin to hold plates that he was carrying to then put down for patrons to use. Overpriced

The room was clean. Location was excellent. Breakfast which was provided was good. Free washing machines and dryers is a bonus.

Visited in February and the pool was closed. Would not have booked the property without a pool, so that was extremely disappointing. Beds were hard, but of course that is personal choice.
