The location was good, and it was easy to find. There was free parking onsite. The man on reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable. It was also quiet, and well-equipped. It was good to have a wardrobe and drawers so that we could unpack fully. The swimming pool and BBQ areas were clean and, although we didn't use either (the weather wasn't great) both areas looked good. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was a good place to stay. The only minor issue was that the fridge in our room was noisy when it started up, waking us up, but we easily went back to sleep again.

Villa 5. Six days. Older style apartment on bottom floor. We had a kitchenette which was great. it meant that we could cook for ourselves after being on the road for 2 weeks. We also had a clothes line which was great.

Mid through our stay there was a whistling coming from upstairs. Sounded like a kettle boiling or someone having a shower. We put up with it for one night. The second night after 90 minutes my husband went to reception which was closed. He asked the manager to investigate. The manager seemed to know what it was and contacted the room upstairs and the noise immediately stopped.

Pool was clean and deep. Outdoor area was good to cook on BBQs and sit and eat or relax. Location to Esperance town and beach is perfect.

A loud, long lasting, high pitched whining noise in the block we were staying in the evenings, sounded like the water pipes under pressure but to be fair, we should have advised management while there but kept forgetting until we heard it again and probably something easily fixed.

We stayed in a pool view suite. It was roomy, very clean and contained good quality comfortable furniture and quality fittings. We had a large balcony overlooking the very well maintained pool and barbecue area. There was also a barbecue on the patio. The folding doors to the bedroom were a great idea. They allowed you to open up the space or to close it off for privacy and they blocked out the light very well. The blockout curtains were great as the afternoon sun came though both sets of double doors leading to the balcony. While we opted not to have the alternate days' rooms service the cleaners were polite and helpful and clean towels etc were provided on request. Overall a great stay.

The kitchen was small and not that well equipped. We preferred to use the barbecue in the balcony. I did suggest that sheer curtains would be great to provide some privacy from guests using the pool and outdoor areas without having to close the blockout curtains

Have stayed here many times and it’s great. Love the coffee across the road, the walk into town and the view.

Have removed toaster from the room which was very annoying. Also had no microwave bowls to use. A small sharp knife would have been nice and a cutting board. Virtually nothing in kitchen except plates bowls cups glasses and cutlery! Be aware of that.!

Great location handy to Beach, Jetty, shops. Good sized room. Clean. Nice staff. Great laundry facilities, free washing powder, fair price to use.

Second floor , few things could be helpful such as applying warning tape to first step as it is half the height of the others. Chairs on the balcony might look good but a bit annoying when taking bags etc to room as they restrict passage.

Stairs leading to the room. Was not told in description so it was hard for parents to climb that many steep stairs and also carry the luggage Normally apartments will have all utensils this was lacking in cooking pans Upstairs mattress was too soft and little hard to sleep Little privacy issue on top loft for changing Lack of hangers and hooks

Friendly receptionists who are very warm and welcoming. The location is great! We got the ocean view and it is SO PRETTY. Mum spent her morning having breakfast at the window sill and watching the waves. Beach was literally a road crossing away. Room was clean, necessities were well provided. The only downside is that the stairs from the basement parking are a tiny bit precarious..

It was in a lovely location right near the Jetty, an town. Easy to get out and in from the street for underground parking. Loved the view and sitting out on the balcony having a wine. Great Beaches plus restaurants to eat at. All in all great weekend.

The only thing we didn't like was the upstairs neighbour's bit noisy, doors shutting most of the night. But we still loved it and will be back guaranteed.

It was really comfortable and the lady at the front desk was really lovely. I also loved the playground area as was great for entertaining my 2 babies until it started to rain. We would definitely stay again if in Esperance .

The only thing I didn’t like was there were no outside bins so I had to throw the nappies away in the room which made me feel bad for the cleaners (I always try to throw them outside when dirty)
