The hosts were accommodating above and beyond! They really went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable, loved it so much I paid for my friend and her partner to come and have a stay. Breakfast was delicious and made to order, we even had our dinner made at a great price as we could not go for dinner as the bay had no power so all the restaurants were shut. The hosts offered to cook us dinner and brought it to us with a lovely cup of tea. I would definitely come back if I ever returned for another holiday in the area. We stayed in the two-bedroom "chalet" in the backyard. It was peaceful and quiet (except for when the cockatoos made a lot of noise about 9:30 a.m. one day). I liked the wildlife in the yard in the mornings (kangaroos and black cockatoos). I also got some good sunset photos from the front yard. The cooked breakfast was mostly very good. The shower had steady pressure and the temperature stayed constant once the water had run for 20 seconds or so. My bed was reasonably comfortable though it squeaked somewhat. (This was not a problem for us since we both had a separate bed to sleep in.) The owner is very nice and had some interesting stories to share.

Suggestions for improvements would be to include a small plastic cutting board in the kitchen, to have a hook in the bathroom for clothes, and to put a hand towel in the kitchen (there was one in the bathroom). One of the bedrooms only has a drape to block the doorway, not an actual door. This was not a problem for us, but could be for other people. Though I loved the location because of the wildlife and the quietness, we felt we had to rush supper when we ate at a restaurant in town, so we could get back to our accommodation before dark. (The rental car company forbids driving after dusk outside of towns because of the risk of hitting wildlife, especially kangaroos. We weren't sure if our driving route would be considered in or out of town, but it was probably some of both.)

The self-contained accommodation was lovely. It was clean & tidy, nicely decorated & furnished well. Bed was very comfy. The setting is idyllic & location was excellent for peace & quiet. Was a short drive to Jurien Bay beaches, shops & restaurants. Lots to do here, a very beautiful area. Kangaroos visited us early in the morning, which was a lovely treat. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order & was very tasty. A great start to the day. Our hosts were friendly & inviting. I would definitely stay here again & therefore, I would highly recommend it.

The only thing I can think of is...we were only there for 2 nights. Would've loved to have spent more time there!! There was nothing to dislike about this holiday destination.

Loved everything about this beautiful place, had everything we needed, away from the hustle bustle, woke up to seeing a kangaroo jumping around as well as a rabbit. The owner Monique, is so warm and friendly, and her daughter Olivia breakfast was delicious the homemade bread ahhh was so light and tasty, they make the best pancakes and the Soy latte I had was so delicious, thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed everything nothing to complain about

The property was amazing. Loved the owners and workers. We arrived we were greeted so nice and cabin was opened windows fresh country air. There was lights out night time to reach the cabin door. The morning I had woken up early to see the sun rise in the morning best thing I ever did. So beautiful 🌞. I saw some kangaroos on the property. 🦘 The breakfast was so so nice and the coffee snd hot chocolate drinks were amazing ☕️🤤

Everything it was all amazing

Our accommodation was exceptionally clean, and the furniture and beds were in excellent condition and very comfortable. Monique and her daughter cooked breakfast to perfection and were excellent, very welcoming hosts. The playground was an added bonus on their beautiful, large property. We highly recommend The Heights and will stay here again when we are next in Jurien Bay.

Absolutely loved our stay! Definitely felt the weight off my shoulders when arriving. Coming from the busy city, it was a breath of fresh air being able to sit and enjoy the beautiful bush lands. We were fortunate to have an encounter with a Kangaroo wanting to join us for a beer haha 😂

This is a very nice family B&B, the owners took great care of us and the breakfast was very good. The place is located less than 10 min drive from Jurien Bay with really quiet and beautful surroundings (and lots of Kangaroos :-))

Everything was very clean The towels and linen were good quality. The beds were comfortable. Monique was lovely and she and daughter, Olivia cooked us a lovely breakfast. The accommodation was good value with the breakfast included.

Easy to get lost finding it. Location not close to main part of town and beach. Very difficult to read in bed, no decent lamps.
