When we arrived we were greeted by Sam. Such a lovely man. All the staff were happy and friendly and very helpful. There was a tap leaking in our room and it was very promptly repaired when we notified staff. We had lunch and tea and morning tea there and were very happy and satisfied. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Mia Mia to our family and friends. Keep up the great work 😊😊

The Blue bay signage needs to be more defined as there were always work cars in this bay. It was just for the fact that I have problems with walking and need space to get in and out of the car.

The Admin girls on the Thursday night & on the Friday were totally Amazing, they both really went out of their way to be Polite, Kind & Helpful & Friendly. Totally gave VIP treatment to all their customers..So Refreshing & So worth their weight in gold.!! 😁😁 I was given regular road access reports informing me that the roads south were still closed, & allowed to stay in my room several hours longer...until the roads reopened, which was so appreciated. The Rooms were Lovely & Clean & tastefully furnished. The Bed was Comfortable, & the Linen was Fresh & Clean. The Shower had a good pressurized hotwater supply.

The TV didn't work past wanting you to join Netflix...which was a shame. There were no Teaspoons supplied for making your Tea or Coffee... But other than those 2 small things.... This place was pretty amazing 😁👍

super clean and extremely friendly staff, felt very welcome and very refreshed for my second day on the road when I left. The room exceeded all my expectations. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in.... i didn't know a donga could look that good and clean!! Loved that the cafe opened so early, very useful (and delcious food and coffee) I will be staying here again and recommending to friends. Thank you very very much!

Friendly staff early check-in at no extra charge booked an extra night which was no trouble at all for the staff. Nice and quite clean and there was a small Christmas present left in our room Christmas eve for us which just made our stay even better. Will definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends and will definitely be back again 100/100

Nothing it was all prefect

The staff are unbelievable, I haven’t received service at such a high standard for such a long time and travel regularly through Asia for work. Everyone was friendly and helpful from check in, to the restaurant, to the bakery at 6am in the morning! We stayed on the way to Karijini and would stay again no problems at all. Thank you.

Everything. The venue was amazing. The look, the feel, the welcoming, the customer service, the rooms, and definitely the staff members. The gardens and surrounding areas are so relaxing, peaceful, and superbly maintained. It's fresh and extremely clean. The food options are amazing and superbly cooked. The value for money is amazing. You have your accommodation, breakfast lunch, and dinner provided all for the one price. The options in relation to food are outstanding. They absolutely cater for everything and everyone and have so many options available that it can be difficult to choose. The outdoor beer garden is so inviting with a large screen TV available. The staff is what tops the whole experience. They are extremely welcoming, have outstanding customer service, are friendly, helpful and you instantly feel like part of the family. I have never experienced such a well-organised, customer-focused, relaxing, all-in-one venue. I will definitely return. The staff, without hesitation, even took me to the airport when I encountered a flat tyre with my hire car. You honestly feel like you have known the staff all your life. They are just brilliant ladies. Please ensure you try this venue out - you won't be disappointed.

Possibly some 'you are here' stickers on the boards that they have displayed around the accommodation as it can be a little confusing as to which way you need to go until you have settled in.

we had two nights at Mia Mia and found it a very pleasant experience.The rooms are small but well designed to suit the mining industry clients as their main customers.We had dinner once in the restaurant,the meal well presented with a variety of dishes.The staff are particularly helpful and friendly.

Location excellent. Liked the building design. Good meals. Nice outdoor area. Stayed overnight twice. Second time room was smaller which was a little disappointing. Would stay again if in Pilbara.

Just a bigger room second time but we did arrive at short notice. Good response when we asked for a receipt two weeks later.

I chose this complex as it had the highest rating in town. Rooms are basic with extras being AC, TV, Kettle, Chair & Desk. As a traveller it was an interesting experience seeing how the mine workers live their lives. Staff are efficient and friendly. Food and bar are available all day.

No Microwave or Toaster in room. Nowhere to sit outside other than smoking areas or the outdoor bar/bistro.

Lovely ambience, the free laundry facility and lovely staff We had requests for additional towels, toiletries and hairdryer - all attended to promptly

A pool would’ve been nice There was no room service which makes it a pricey for out of towners
