Hospitality Port Hedland

Loved the location - so close to the beach, shopping centre and a short drive to South Hedland Square. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The linen was clean and smelt fresh out of the dryer. Excellent restaurant with such delicious food. Our room was so close to the pool however due to personal limitations, we could not use it.

Location is awesome, staff are great, pool is awesome, great aircon and pretty comfortable room

Only downside was the ants, I know this can’t always be helped in the desert but even just a warning sign or something not to leave food out as ants took over the room instantly while we were eating. Disappeared quickly once we cleaned up

The location was fabulous, the staff super friendly and even though the restaurant is closed on a Sunday the room service by the same chef is exceptional. The rooms might be a little older than what most are used to but they are exceptionally clean, the views are awesome to watch the iron ore shops come in, there is an awesome park across the road and a pub just down the road. The beds comfortable and the rooms lovely and cool. couldn’t fault it!

Nothing to fault

Good, comfortable motel room with, a big window with a view over the streetscape below. The restaurant wasn't open on a Sunday, but we had a good breakfast in the morning. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Nothing objectionable, apart from it being hot outside (but it is Port Hedland). Don't expect 5 star decor.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Although we didn’t use it, the property had a pool which looked inviting. The cost included a continental breakfast. The dining room seemed popular, however we decided to have room service- and the meal was delicious

Although clean, the bathroom was a bit dated.

Good spot to rest after driving from Broome. We had a quiet, bright, good size room plus balcony with ocean view. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Beds were comfy. Included Continental breakfast was very good, a range of fruit, yoghurt, juice, breads, cheese and ham. Helpful pleasant staff.

Everything, but mainly the vista and the management. Got no complaints whatsoever. Our room was large, the layout was great. Breakfast was included (which I had forgotten about) so made toast in our room. Didn't get to use the pool. We stayed 1 night but could've stayed longer. The best Motel so far on our circumnavigation of Australia. Thank you Lisa, Grant and staff.

Breakfast was adequate with enough choice to suit most people.. We also appreciated being able to extend our checkout time after having a problem with our vehicle.

A shower screen instead of a curtain…..the floor and bath mat get very wet as the shower curtain does not come down to the floor.

Motel is old fashioned but comfortable. Loved the view of the sea and ships. Free breakfast is adequate. Restaurant was good but it was hard to get a table. Room service meal exceeded my expectations.

The in-wall air conditioner was noisy.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly - great restaurant and the payment included a reasonable continental breakfast. They let us park the car and camper across the road. Could see the harbour from reception - a lovely walk along the front.
