good aircon and space for family. The staff were great and accommodated us when we requested a delayed checkout due to the heat and having our young grandchild with us.

An oven and microwave were in the apartment, however, there were no trays or items that could be used in the oven. Likewise a microwave with no vessels to use in it. Fortunately, I had taken some pyrex from my home in Perth. But this needs to be remedied. Maybe they don't like people to actually use the oven?

The best and most comfortable bed ... wanted to take home with me... wouldnt fit on the motorbike. The reception staff were excellent and went out of her way to make sure I was pleased with everything. They even had a garage for me to park my bike (safe and secure and handy).. This was exceptional service and thank you.. Everything was clean and lovely.. Close to main Street and access to pubs and other eating places.. Other people also commented on the garaging of their trallers with camping gear etc... Great work Quest.!!! Worth the extra few dollars for feeling safe about your goods...

Nothing went wrong... I returned late one night and told the reception lady that one of the doors wasnt closed... She and her assistant (training her up) went and checked and fidled with it to make sure it was all the way down and secure... Great service..

The location is very good. It is close to the main street, so one can walk to restaurants. We also walked to the museum. We had a two-bedroom unit which was away from the street, so it was quiet. Though we left our luggage in the living room so we wouldn't have to drag it upstairs, it was worth it to have two stories to guarantee no noisy people above us. We didn't use the washing machine or dryer because we had just done laundry two days before.

The dishwasher wasn't working properly, so we had to handwash the previous occupants' dishes.

One bedroom apartment of a good size. Clean, good kitchen setup with adequate utensils. Nice hot shower, large fridge, Bonus tiny private courtyard out the back with a clothesline and pegs. Great location to town area.

Bed was way too soft with a mattress topper that made it feel like a hammock. Not good for those who like a firm bed. Although windows front and rear the Interior was dark and needed lights on during the sunny day. Free WiFi advertised but was painfully slow.

Our room was clean and tidy with a fully functioning kitchen. I liked that there was a laundry on site that was free of charge! Not only that...the housekeeping staff offered to take my washing out of the dryer and place in our room. I didn't get to see the person who offered and therefore couldn't thank them. I wish to thank her for her help, it saved us coming back to the hotel for our washing and cutting into our time touring around this great town.

Everything went smoothly, Room was nice and clean. Receptionist was freindly and curteous.

Upon arrival I was told that the Spa bath was not operational which was disappointing. I was told that the units including the one we were in were next to get upgraded. With this the Spa baths would be removed. But my partner decided to have a bath in the morning only to find the Spa did work except for 1 jet?

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and super helpful with everything we needed. Close to everything, within walkj distance. We'll definitely be staying again!

The room we booked said 'private pool', but there wasn't one. The price was good, but maybe don't advertise that there's a private pool? Otherwise, nothing else we found bad about it.

Clean and modern accommodation and bathroom, well equipped kitchen and laundry with a washing machine and dryer, the pool was great for the hot weather. The property is a short drive away from the main parts of town and shops.

Parking was a little far away from the accommodation but reception directed us to temporary parking for unloading/loading luggage.

The owner was so accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. As we had broken down out bush and they were so good to make sure we had a room for every night we had to wait for our car to be fixed. which is hard to find in Kalgoorlie as its always hard to find accomodation.

Could not fault it at all.

The facilities were clean and well catered, its nice having th tea/coffe/sugar and milk supplied as well as the bathroom products. My bed was super comfy and the staff were so happy and polite. we will definitely be back.

if i had to be fussy, the pool was too cold. We all wanted a swim but it was just abit too cold to bare.
