This hotel offerz very high quality for a reasonable price in this area. I can definitely recommend it. We visited Vaya second time this year and we equally liked it. We were especially amazed with beautiful view from sauna on 4th floor. It also turns out it is worth revisiting because we did not see half of the things in this hotel when we were here the first time. The hotel has a lot to offer.

We booked suite room without sauna in the room and we really liked it. The room was big and comfortable, very cozy. Keep in mind though that these rooms differ and they don't all look like the one in the picture. The picture made it look more dreamy, with a step and more spatious. The room was good but not as luxurious and dreamy as in the pictures.

The hotel is just in the middle of everything. We we spent 8 days after Christmas and visited so many places. We went for skiing at Hochczillertal ski area, Arena Zillertal, Mayerhofen and Untertux. Perfect places! There is a ski bus just in front of the hotel, so some of our kids used it when they were late. The food was delicious! It was a real gourmet kitchen every night. We would like especially to thank the waiters Martina and Tony - very polite and always around. We used all the facilities in the hotel - swimming pool / saunas / ski rooms / fitness. The only thing that was missing is a bit more entertainment in the evenings for the kids. The room were spacious enough - we were 2 adults and 4 grown up children in one bedroom suit. There was a small room attached to the living room that accommodated two of the kids and there was enough space for everyone.

The only negative thing (unfortunately) was that there was no entertainment for the New Year's Eve due to the COVID restriction imposed by the Government and everything had to finish by 10 p.m.

We loved our stay and can totally recommend this option in Zillertal. It is a perfect mountain stay, with a beautiful lobby, very well organized restaurant, very professional and friendly crew and a beautiful and cozy room. We espcially recommend the one with sauna. We have tried many stays with your own sauna but usually they don't work very well. Here, in case of our room sauna was just perfect, really high quality, it worked like a public one. The room was very cozy, the main theme of wood gave you a feeling of a stay in the mountains, the beautiful bathtub allowed you to relax after a day full of sking, there were a lot of sitting options to let you rest and the bed was very cozy. But our favorite part was the view of the mountains.

It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back. I think if towels were left in the spa before entering the pool, it would be more convenient. I know this hotel has a system of leaving pool towels in the room but towels at pool would be easier to use and exchange once wet. Other than that, keep up the great work! :)

everything about the hotel is excellent. we were surprised by the quality and style of the hotel for the cost, great value. The food exceeded our expectations with fine dining every night and a great breakfast selection. pool, spa and ski facilities and added bonus and also very high standard.

only one very small thing, the one and only USB socket in the room only worked when the TV was switched on. would be nice to have a USB outlet for charging phones etc. if you don’t have adaptors for the sockets.

Zaya Zillertal is very modern and clean. The rooms are spacious with pleasant bathrooms. We liked the fact that we had two separate rooms with a shared hallway - very convenient for our family of four.

The hotel itself is perfect in many ways. If we had to criticise anything, it would be the location. Aschau is close to lots of great places, but the village itself is unassuming.

We had a big room with excellent view, the pool was amazing and had sauna just near the kids pool so we could watch them.

We arrived early to breakfast where there was plenty of room inside but the stuff kept us sitting outside where my kids got cold. The guest card gave a minor discount for the lifts nearby.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The room was modern and beautiful with a cute little balcony and a comfy big bed, and we even got a basket with robes, towels and flip flops. The pool area and the sauna area were amazing and very spacious and relaxing. The breakfast had many options and everything was fresh and tasty! Loved the stay in Vaya Zillertal

The hotel is very well maintained and offers nice value for money. The spa is very nice, both the pool and the sauna / lounge area which are separate. The lobby was lively in the evening with great drinks from the bar, which made the stay even better.

The only minus would be the crowded breakfast that meant less attention from the staff. Also, coffee is self service and it would be nice to get it freshly made to order. Otherwise, everything perfect.

Beautiful and comfortable place, Our room was perfect for our family of 4. Great family pool and the best family sauna.

I wish they had water and towels at the gym. Also they could give some beverages like lemon water and fruits in the pool. Dinner options should be a la carte and no a pre-planned menu.

Breakfast was great and also dinner. Rooms and hotel is nicely decorated and renovated.

Reception service was friendly but younger and it felt with no experiences. Dinner was ok value for money. Service could be optimized in terms of timing and invoicing. (we waited long and received cold dessert). Also tables were quite crowded, thinking on COVID19 regulations. Room was small and bedroom didn’t had doors, so sensor light in hallway was not well thought true for the night.
