Good location, 10 minute walk to the ski lift, nice place to store ski equipment during the night, parking available on site, nice room and bathroom. There are a few good places eat out in the nearby. Walking the dog in the area is fun way to discover Dorfgastein and please remember to pick up the litter after your pet. There is a coffee machine near the reception and you can pay with card.

Very close to the ski lift (1-2 min walk) and amazing breakfast! All the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Location is great, very close to the ski lift - Fulseck, excellent for families with small kids
we were surprised by the price of cleaning that was charged to us at the end of the stay. The price was per person and not the apartment, so with 8 people we paid 200 euros for cleaning (we didn't know this and cleaned the apartments ourselves).

The apartment itself was reasonably sized and good parking / location.
Couple of things stood out, I) at the end of our stay, we were asked for a "cleaning fee" per individual. This was not disclosed at the time of making the booking. Conventionally this is covered in the booking cost and this last minute charge was super annoying. In addition we paid 15eur/day for our dog + the cleaning fee. Amounting to 125eur for cleaning itself for 5 days over and above the booking cost. Additionally there was no cleaning during our stay carried out. And we had to pay a service fee in addition to all this. II) way worse, we had to pay 1eur per extra toilet paper roll. That's ridiculou, I mean we are paying EUR 1k + for our stay. Having to go to reception and asking for + paying for toilet roll is off putting. Essentially there was no service or cleaning during our stay yet we paid extra which wasn't disclosed at anytime prior to booking.

Nice Appartement, very clean and good looking. The Alpentherme which is included is very nice!
Very few breakfast and dinner opportunities, no solution from the hotel for this. No services to the Alpentherme, public transport is very spotty and taxi is extremely expensive. Hotel reception is only occupied until 5pm. No refreshment service for the Appartement (towels, coffee, etc) is included.

Refreshing the towels etc only when paying extra. Not able to use the tesla charger without interruption of the reception, with office hours reception, the charging possibilities are limited.

good size for the penthouse Rooms are in the first floor while kitchen and dining room are on the second floor. elevator is available play yard for the kids close to SPAR supermarket
crowded guests and noise specially at night which make your sleep uncomfortable. currently building new set of apartments is in progress where also bangs and sounds are existing during the day time. apartments being heavily used previously, many items considred old and need to be replaced like chairs, drier..etc.
