The staff was very nice,friendly.The room was spacious,the furniture need upgrade,big balcony(unfortunately all rooms had togetger the balcony line no separation,no privacy).Nice view to the Schlossberg,city,river.The breakfast was excellent.Hotel was nice,good location just need a lot of renovations.

The staff is excellent. They are so kind and helpful. They really tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are huge. We could freely drink as much coffee and tea as we liked.

This is a business hotel, so many guests were awake very early and we could hear them taking showers and closing doors. All this woke us up at 5:30 or 6 in the morning which is an hour or two earlier than we like. This was not the hotel´s fault. I wish a couple of TV stations were in English. Unfortunately, there is no English TV station.

Friendly and kind host, large apartment, fully equipped kitchen, top clean, two large balconies with great view.

The roads near the house are quite loud, and as the apartment gets quite hot, you either open the window and listen to the traffic during the night or you will get very warm. This shouldn’t be a problem when the weather is cooler. Everything else was perfect.

Breakfast was good - diverse food items, well presented. It was good to be able to eat on the outside terrace. On other topics, the location in Bruck is super, and (as a cyclist) it was convenient to have somewhere secure for bicycle storage (but see below)

I would have liked some rack to lock my bicycle against, and it would have been convenient to have a proper bar. But these are minor points - I would still recommend the hotel.

As the hotel is located close to a motorway, it's a good option for overnight stay when travelling south. However, may be a good choice for exploring the Mürzzuschlag region in future. Besides, friendly staff, quiet location near Mur river and old town. Yeah, crème de la crème - breakfast made out of local products.

The perfect location in the city center with free underground parking. Very good breakfast with nice view from the terrace. At night there are choice of a little snacks and drinks at a lobby for a conveniet paiment (self service).

There is no air conditioners in the rooms. There is only one air conditioner in the suite (not in the bedroom).

Great location, fantastic views (from the breakfast terrace in particular) and otherwise very clean and efficient. Didn't use many of the facilities but everything we did use was great.

The wifi was shaky. Connection was fine in the lobby and at breakfast, but up on the third floor it dropped every30 seconds and reconnected. Ok for one or two google searches, but impossible to watch content or browse social media.

Large rooms with comfortable beds and when asked I received a softer pillow. Beautiful situated Hotel close to town centre and right next to the river. Great breakfast with all that you could want to breakfast. Nice and spacious breakfast room with the possibility to sit outside if the weather permits.

Large hotel in the centre of town. Huge room, great staff, good facilities made for a comfortable stay. Superb breakfast. Secure storage for our bicycles a bonus. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location - very cute town Amazingly super friendly staff Large Room Clean and well maintained very friendly to our dog and even had a blanket, and bowls in the room when we arrived
