For me it’s an ideal place! There’s huge parking. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a wonderful room that was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a heartfelt hospitality that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, accompanied by an amazing view that made each morning special. The location of the hotel is simply magical, offering breathtaking views of the vineyards. It’s a peaceful and serene spot where you can take walks or simply sit and admire the beauty of nature.

Amazing place to stay highly recommended. The location is fantastic and beautiful scenery and views. Staying right beside the castle offers a special experience. The restaurant does a surprise menu and the food is of the highest quality. The staff are very friendly and the place has a nice relaxed vibe. The breakfast is also excellent and plentiful We brought our dog also and they were very accommodating for the room, dinner and breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone.

Nothing all perfect

Location easy to find, the Michelin restaurant four course meal for two with an excellent wine, unbelievable service and attention to detail 200 euros but worth it The castle itself absolutely Stunning no problems with checking In/out staff were so friendly. It was a booed as a weekend away to celebrate my husband’s surprise 50th birthday and I’d didn’t disappoint

There was nothing to dislike if I had some feedback it would be the pillows were too thin but that’s a personal preference only

It was an awesome experience all in all. The location is charming. The staff and the owners are friendly and pleasant to have a conversation with. The rooms were beyond clean - even the curtains smelled like coming fresh out of the washing machine. I can honestly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place with a historical flair. You can be in the city center within minutes and a few more and you are in Graz. If you go for a walk behind the castle (away from the side facing the city below) - you will feel like being in a complete wilderness surrounded by nature. Oh and last but not least - the restaurant is there to offer services even for the more demanding customers. The 5 course menu was another great experience.

There was nothing to not like. I would rather call it a wish - more vegetables present during breakfast.

Exceptional staff, friendly, accommodating, very pleasant indeed. One does't get to stay at a castle too often, so a unique venue, Fabulous museum in the original castle, a must see.

Only one thing was disappointing, the coffee. We love European, especially Austrian coffee, however a machine was used to make your own and it just could't compare with the typical Austrian morning coffee.

Everything is perfect - the location, the amazing view. The staff is friendly and the service is high level. The food is excellent. For sure we will come again.

Excellent place, it is like a fairytale. The castle is lovely place to have good nature holiday. All around is much to do, exercise. You can go to walk around 1 hour around the castle. Amazing view from castle all around. Rooms are comfortable, good bed and nice bathroom. You can use saunas, there are 2 types. In Hotel- Castle property is very good valuable restaurant, food and Weins are amazing good, all praise to the chef. We also like good breakfast. Free parking, what is also good. We had a grate time, for sure we come back for romantic holiday. Truly recommend

Beautiful property, excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. The breakfast on the patio with beautiful views was wonderful.

No reception on duty during our stay so we never met anyone in the hotel section.

The location, castle is amazing as well as terrace for dinner and breakfast just wonderful, and sthe staff super nice. The museum is also very impressive.

Wonderful historic location - amazing view from the room. Very good breakfast on the terrace. The room was small with modern bathroom.
