Spa & pool excellent. The grounds were maintained very well. The apartments were to a very high standard & looked amazing. The location was brilliant & the views were spectacular. The staff on reception were very friendly & helpful.

The pillows were too soft. Would have liked an iron in the apartment. The apartment could be a little dark at times, more lighting would help. Went for dinner one night. We booked for 7pm & we didn’t get the main’s until 9pm. When they arrived 2 were wrong but the waiter wasn’t taking any responsibility & we were too hungry to argue. Seemed like they were short staffed.

The ground floor room was really big and stylish. The terrance was great and the kitchen was well equipped. The spa and saunas were like a heaven after long hiking days. In overall, the room and the hotel were clean, modern, and cozy. Several trails are accessible directly from the hotel.

Accessing the room after 7 p.m. was a pain. Booking.com contact property messages were ignored. My emails were not read. I had to call three times to receive details to access the room after the reception was closed. The check-out was already at 10 a.m.

Cant warm bread in microwave. I like my crossaints hot in the morning and i prefer to have breakfast in my apartment. The fact i could not warm them in the microwave in the year 2023 without setting off the fire alarm and the fire brigade showing up outside a few minutes later blows my mind. I mean i can warm crossaints in my microwave at home so i dont know why they dont just change the microwaves in the rooms.

The apartment is really spacious, has 2 terraces and great views. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is great too. There's also a sauna complex with a proper sauna (hammam, bio sauna, infra sauna, outside hot sauna) and an external pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice too, probably one of the best places to eat in Ehrwald. There are indeed ski lifts nearby, but in December you need to go by bus or by car to Zugspitzbahn for some proper snowboarding and real snow :) Garmish Partenkirchen is just 20-25 minutes drive, there you will find great bio shops (Das Bio Paradise), many restaurants and shops.

The synthetic blankets are really bad. Please change them for the natural ones, they don't cost a fortune. It's really hard to sleep under the synthetic ones, it ruins thermoregulation and literally gives nightmares. We had quite bad sleep in the end, even though we both sleep well, especially in mountains. The Wi-fi connection was a little bit unstable, but for the Christmas holidays it didn't matter in the end.

Fantastic hotel with superb facilities and very helpful staff, especially Lucas who was always happy to assist us. Great location close to the centre of Ehrwald and bus stop to head to the ski slopes. We will be going back!

We would have liked to have eaten in the hotel restaurant as it looked lovely but there was a lack of vegetarian options unfortunately.

The resort is very nice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciated that the restaurant does not pretend haute cuisine and serves classic but excellent dishes (wiener schnitzel, burgers,steaks).

It is definitely not a 5* hotel as it may seem from their website or booking.com. The accommodation capacity exceeds the capacity of the restaurant and spa. During our stay the hotel was not full, yet the spa was crowded. In a large number of identical bathrobes, which often hang on one hook, it is difficult to find yours (not to mention the shoes:). The whole concept of accommodation is suitable for groups of friends, and they formed the main part of the guests during our stay. It was ideal for our purposes, but as a couple I would not choose this hotel.

Modern and very big room/appartement. Enough glasses and plates to use in your own kitchen and a very new dishwasher, Nespresso coffee cup machine with 4 sustainable (we like this very much!) coffee cups.

That the bar was closed. This gave it a bit of a dead atmosphere when you entered the hotel. Of course it wasn’t, but it looked like the hotel was closed.

The apartment was big, updated, and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The hotel restaurant was unpleasant. The host had such an odd behavior. Even though we had a reservation, he acted as if we were bothering him. I noticed he was acting that way with many of the patrons he was greeting.

A good and separate location with beautiful views from the resorts. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful.

No A/c It is upstairs and there is no elevator to carry luggage. Kitchen equipment is below resort standard.

stylish, clean, roomy, scenic mountain views from terraces. very new. underground parking, friendly stuff, nice village. Probably best restaurant in exactly in this hotel. 3 terraces in penthouse.

check in at 15:00. late check out ( at 14:00) +60 EUR. no room cleaning. garbage you have to leave near reception desk.
