This hotel is wonderfully located in the Stubai Alps just 20 mins by car from Innsbruck. The room was so spacious and lovely with the most astounding view of the Alps that we will never forget. The self service bar with the honour system was great as it meant we could just chill in the evening with a beer and be left to our own devices. The breakfast was also great with a wide selection of choice and adapted for vegans too! The bed as well was huge and so comfortable.`

Nothing really! If you're not arriving by car the walk up to the hotel is quite steep, but you're on a mountain so what do you expect.

Room was big enough and confortable for a 6 persons family. Breakfast very good and checkin quite easy. Free parking. Good starting position for visiting Innsbruck and quite nice view on the Stubai valley.

The view was very nice, the ski lifts close, good facilities (including the possibility to have drinks from the bar during night time), check in very convenient. Everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay here.

One night a big amount of snow felled down. Next morning when a lot of people were about to leave, it was very difficult to get out of the parking place. The parking and ramp towards the street were not clean and we had to clean it ourselves.

Amazing view, great breakfast!

Location is a bitt uphill from the bus station around 15 mins. Quite anonymous, no real staff, if you want the room to be cleaned, you must hand the sign on the door, but thats all ok. The only real negative thing is that the room were connected through 2 doors, so you could hear if somebody was walking, talking or doing whatever in the other room.

The Hotel had an amazing view, from the room and the from the lobby also. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Good value for money and good location.

- As it's an external admin hotel you don't have a contact person. We stayed almost 24h without hot water without somebody to contact us to tell us the status. - The room had a damp smell.

Very good location, nice views, great breakfast, comfy beds

Tv has to be renewed and our door lock didn’t work good. First day we could sit with our dog in the breakfast room (he behaved really well), second day we had to sit separately in a different room. There was no service in that room (no pepper or salt, no napkins,…) so that was a little unfriendly. Especially since we paid 15 euro per night extra for the dog.

Perfect hotel, we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. We all were happy and amazed to see Super Stubai Card with our names on the table in our room with so many things to do free of charge. Children were more than happy. The view is amazing, the room had a balcony where you can enjoy the quiet evening and morning. Substantial breakfast. Friendly staff. Very safe place, the hotel is closed after staff leaves. A very comfortable lounge with drinks, sofas, armchairs inside and outside to enjoy after a tiring day of hiking.

We had a lot of information given in brochures but the help from the reception girl who wasn't from that village was not very good. But I'm sure she'll learn.

Cleanness, the rooms were very nice, the view from the room was amazing, and breakfast choices were diverse. The self-service bar and the common areas were nice as well.

I received at least 20+ email notifications from keyone for the two rooms I booked. These notifications were annoying and disturbing as they sent the same notification over and over again even after I checked in.

The location was stunning and the facilities were high class. The helpful staff catered well for gluten free diet at breakfast and provided us with a guest card to use for public transport and discounts to attractions.

Most aspects to the stay is completed virtually. Missed the personal touch to the stay, leaving an absence for certain information including accessing certain facilities and services on site.

My girlfriend and I really liked the hotel and the city. We will definitely come back again. Sitting downstairs at the self-service bar and chatting with people is very cozy. The food was also great. The included breakfasts were very satisfying and tasty. I recommend

It is not easy to eat at lunchtime, because restaurants are very expensive, and there is no place to cook yourself, so it would be great if you could eat at the hotel and at lunchtime.
