Good location, 5 minutes by car to the ski lift, the swimming pool was big enough for a good swimming workout, food was tasty and enough 😊, room was very clean and balcony is highly appreciated. The spa area was also big and offered great selection of saunas. The service in restaurant was exceptional and I would like to highlight especially 2 lovely persons: Iulian and Eszter who made our stay super enjoyable - much appreciated 🙏 The parking was for free and e-charge available in front of the hotel.

If to point something as negative, I could say the bathroom look and feel are outdated, we had to pay for tap water and around 4:30 PM no more fresh towels available in the spa area, especially in weekends were was more crowded than usual.

A wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable with spacious rooms with great beds & views from the balcony. Staff were fantastic in all aspects of the hotel. Meals were superb & varied!

The hotel is generally excellent. Good breakfast and dinner in the evening. Nice staff. The room was big and clean, beds were comfortable. Good spa area and pool. Big ski depot. The hotel is not close to a ski lift, but great shuttle service from the hotel to a ski lift in the morning and back in the afternoon.

The hotel does not have any play area or room for children, a drawback for families traveling with young children.

We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. We could choose dinner from 4 options, there always were vegetarian and fish, we really enjoyed food in the hotel. Wellness and pool were the best we visited until now, different saunas, resting area very comfortable and quiet. You could make hot tea if you wanted, dried fruit were available. The city itself was very nice, so all together we were so happy to be there. Parking at the hotel parking, free of charge.

I would welcome daily dish menu in English, but we managed to use google translator.

This hotel was exceptional - so clean and nicely furnished, and the staff are exemplary. They went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming to us, and we just loved our stay there. The pool and spa facilities were really smart too. We went half board and the food was consistently delicious.

Amazing Wellness, beautiful new saunas, great location, very clean, comfortable bed.

Unfortunately they put me in a horrible table to have dinner and breakfast, in the middle of the room, just near the coffee machine, where was very busy and was quite disappointing. And I tried to change it but that was not really easy…

A wonderful hotel , the service , food , rooms, view , wellness facilities were Perfect 👌 Close your eyes the city center and the lake .. the personal were so helpful and friendly… will go back for sure 😍

An exceptional hotel with a comprehensive offer. Good food, convenient location for access to the ski resort. The possibility of skiing all the way to the hotel. A good spa with everything on offer. Helpful staff.

The room was very big and very clean. Seemed new. Excellent breakfast. Amazing spa.

The bed was too soft but besides that everything was perfect

We had both breakfast and dinner options. Traveling with a picky eater, we were blown away by the selection of food - there was something for everyone. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Also, we made use of the pool and spa.
