I rarely write reviews, but this time I simply had to. We spent an extended weekend at the Alpennest Hotel— two adults, a 3-year-old son and a dog. The first thing we were so impressed with (and amazed) was how nice the hotel was and that it was "freshly" renovated. Everything, from the very entrance to the hotel, everything is clean and tidy...the staff is very warm and friendly. The staff is there for you to make you as comfortable as possible and everyone works like one small family, they are a great team... Our room was clean, everything was in its place. The only thing we could have used in the room was a bigger trash can, as the one we had in the room was quite small (it was big enough to hold a few tissues) but this is a very minor complaint, and I’m sure not a big deal for some other guests. Some people need a larger trash can and some don't. The hotel only offers breakfast, which was amazing every morning! From fresh pastries, bread, eggs, salami and cheeses, lox, cornflakes, and muesli, everything was there and continuously replenished. The breakfast table had juices, water and water with lemon. Pretty much everything is fresh and tasty, nicely decorated, neat and clean. If we ever come to this part of Austria again, we will definitely return to Alpennest and we hope that their wonderful staff will welcome us again. They have a rating of 10 +/10 from us!

We enjoyed staying in a very comfortable and spacious room with a large balcony/terrace with a gorgeous mountain view. The beds were spacious, comfortably soft and enveloping, the other furniture was both stylish and practical. We enjoyed the complimentary access to the sauna as well as the excellent choice of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel Alpennest, We spend 5 nights during Xmas. It's a beautiful and very clean hotel with very polite and helpful staff, very nice rooms, extra comfortable beds and pillows!! The breakfast was great too! Thank you 🌺

Great location, in the middle of the mountains, great view as well. The breakfast room and sauna were amazing, very cozy. You also get a petrol station next to it to fill in the tank

If you don't have a car it's difficult to reach, but that's the beauty of it

Excellent hotel with spacious and well equipped rooms and clean bathrooms. Comfortable bed and a large terrace with magnificent views. Small yet enjoyable sauna with an outdoor cooling area is a welcome bonus. The breakfast buffet provided a great selection of delicious food.

The room has a door into the next room, which can be very noisy if there are guests staying as well.

The location was exceptional - wonderful views from our room and balcony! The breakfast was excellent.

Sauna facilities were not available or booked up through out our stay for 2 days.
