The hotel is run by wonderful owners who care about your comfortable stay. There was lots of amusement for the kids: we lost our child on the playground and the games room. The sauna and the pool were the perfect ending to the hiking days. It was tranquil at night after 22-23. Our room was right in front of the restaurant terrace, and we had no problems with the noise from the visitors. The breakfast and dinner were delicious! One of the best on our trips.

The room needs a bit of rehearsal, especially in the bathroom. But nothing critical. The flies were a bit annoying during the breakfasts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Laserz and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. They were friendly, and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms at Hotel Laserz are exceptionally spacious and well-appointed. They're tastefully decorated and provide all the amenities you could need, making them the perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the surrounding area. One of the things that impressed me most about Hotel Laserz was the level of cleanliness. The rooms were spotless and the entire hotel was impeccably maintained. I felt completely at ease knowing that the hotel was taking all the necessary precautions to ensure my safety and well-being. But the real standout feature of my stay at Hotel Laserz was the food. The dinner was absolutely fantastic - delicious, well-presented and made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. And the breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes and preferences. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Laserz and can't wait to stay there again.

We've booked half pension. Both dinner and breakfast were very nice. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was genuinely Tyrolian.

There was nothing negative about our stay at this location. Maybe, I should mention, the next morning we had to face the Saharan sand showers reaching the Alps.

Food was great, staff were awesome and so welcoming. We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Location was absolutely beautiful, cant fault the hotel, the food, staff, location all excellent. Spa facilities were also great. Motorbikes were parked round the side but bever any question of them not being secure.

In general everything, especially the wellness zone. Food was good and the staff was really nice and caring.

The area was crowded with flies, maybe due to tge fsct that we were at a farm but not too dissapointing

My stay was short but so nice though. It could not have been better by far, from the first minute i fell in love with this location.

I can't tell anything what I might did not like. All was incredibly good.

Very nice location in small village near Lienz, peaceful and quiet. The hotel is clean, old-fashion style, comfortable beds and good food (breakfast and dinner).

Some renovation will not hurt

Absolutely amazing staying in Laserz, the friendly family hotel with almost a hundred-year history and traditions - delicious breakfasts and dinners, hospitality, nice rooms, and everything that needs family. Planning to stay here in the summer.

Everything was great, the staff was really friendly, room was clean and cosy, our kids loved the playground and the available board games, both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Lovely family owned hotel, nothing was to much trouble, excellent evening meal and breakfast ⭐️ would definitely use again …. Thank you
