Fridge in the room, shower was like being in heaven, complimentary bottles of water on arrival, complementary coffee at the room, super safe bike storage room, absolutely excellent breakfast, supermarket across the street, many restaurant options on really short walking distance, swimming pool, and beautiful view from the window. Yes this was a nice stay for me

I forgot some food in the room fridge and when I came back to pick it up the fridge was empty, and the cleaning staff told me they didn't find anything...

I have to compliment the desk staff - they were fantastic! Not only in checking in/out - but also in assisting in locating some places around the hotel. I had a single bed room that was not large - but perfect sized for a couple nights stay. The room was very clean. The bed had a super soft mattress and the shower had great pressure. I like the spa and the sauna. Very good breakfast choices. Hotel had the Norwegian, US, and Japanese ski jump teams there - and yet service for breakfast was still outstanding. Location is next to a shopping mall as well.

The staff is perfect! We rented electric bicycles and they were superb, we had a wonderful afternoon in the mountains above the hotel. The room was spacious with wonderful balcony and bathroom.

Somehow the smell from the kitchen makes it's way into the corridors, not in the rooms(thankfully). But every time you get out of the room you are met with the smell from the kitchen. We were there in the summer and the town was a bit boring, everything closes at around 17:00, thank god for the e-bikes :)

The staff is really nice and helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet has a huge offer and everything is super delicious. Also the menu in the evening and the food from the restaurant is super delicious. The Pool Area is also super nice with the whirlpool. Rooms are clean and they offer a parking garage.

The room and furniture is quite old and it was not really cozy. The TV is super small and through closed windows you hear everything super loud.

great food options with high quality ingredients. extremely friendly and helpful staff that try their best to accommodate. Convenient ski-shuttle available at EUR 15 a pop (up to 8 in group). Good quality sauna, steam room and pool.

Only some minor quibbles/feedback: The temperature maintained at hotel is high, housekeeping starts somewhat early (knock at door at 9am), they could have a room to safely store luggage after check-out

Great location in town with easy access to shops and restaurants and a great view of the mountains. The kids loved the pool. The restaurant was delicious for adults with easy and affordable take out for kids. The breakfast was great. The beds were comfy.

The hotel itself is very nice. We stayed in a family apartment which had sofa bed and was very comfortable. The leisure facilities were excellent as were the staff. The breakfast was good. The town itself appears to be very quiet during the summer.

We booked very last minute and I must say the picture of hotel frontage gives the impression it is on the hillside surrounded by fields. It is not, it is in the middle of the town and the view they show now has a large building being erected.

The rooms are very big and good value for the price. The location is good and the suggested amenities offer everything necessary for a stay with young children. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The facilities are slightly old and in need of some repair. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Great location, friendly and serviceminded staff - from the front desk to the restaurant! We had dinner and breakfast booked (x2) - both excellent. Clean rooms. Hotel also offers charging possibilities for electric vehicles.
