We were fortunate to stay one of the renovated rooms. It was bright, clean, big and tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed the view of the mountain off of the balcony, we appreciated the small fridge in the room. The breakfast had a lot of variety, something for everyone. The service at the front desk, at the bar and in the dining room was very good. We requested early check in and the staff at the front desk were very good about accommodating the request. The hotel is located across the street from a small shopping mall which also had a grocery store. The free parking in the underground parking garage was also a plus as was the pool.

I was very surprised to discover that the handle on the sliding door onto the balcony felt and looked like it was going to fall off at any minute. Certain areas of the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke which wasn't pleasant for non-smoking guests.

This is the third time we were in Alpenland hotel, the food is excellent, and the buffet is exceptional fantastic. It is 7 min driving distance to ski Alpendorf, and you can get 10% discount at intersport ski equipment borrowing. We also encountered the Skispringen Champion in the hotel, as well as other national teams from different countries. What a surprise! This is also a very family friendly hotel, children enjoyed very much. It has children play room, swimming pool, billiard and so on. I am not a person like to have holiday at the same place for many years, however, I would like to come back again next year!

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s super cozy and perfect for everyone—whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with furry friends. As a solo female Asian traveler, I felt safe and welcomed here. The food is superb, so be sure to include the half board option or make a reservation. Great value for money! While some may find the hotel a bit old, I personally love the vintage wooden feel—it adds so much character and charm.

If the God was a snowboarder and he needed a place where he could have a great rest in a big room on a wide bed, taste a sumptuous dinner and a great breakfast, lie down after an extreme skating rink in the sauna and work out in the gym, he would definitely choose only this hotel. One of the best hotels in the Alps.

Very minor - I didn't find power sockets for mobile phone and notebook charging near the bed and near the working table.

An amazing apartment room, thanks for the hotel's compliment to our family. Very cosy and family-friendly atmosphere, high level of service (and friendliness), and last but not the least - the delicious cuisine, both for breakfast, and especially for themed dinners. We can't thank the facility enough for our wonderful stay in the region! And as an icing on the cake for everyone arriving by car - a very convenient underground parking!

Food was very good and they organize also theme dinners. Waiters are super polite and helpfull especially with children. Hotel is well located in the center of the village. Underground free of charge Parking. The children playroom also a great touch. Great value for money.

The hotel needs some attention/renovations in some areas but nothing criticall for the decent prices they charge.

Fridge in the room, shower was like being in heaven, complimentary bottles of water on arrival, complementary coffee at the room, super safe bike storage room, absolutely excellent breakfast, supermarket across the street, many restaurant options on really short walking distance, swimming pool, and beautiful view from the window. Yes this was a nice stay for me

I forgot some food in the room fridge and when I came back to pick it up the fridge was empty, and the cleaning staff told me they didn't find anything...

I have to compliment the desk staff - they were fantastic! Not only in checking in/out - but also in assisting in locating some places around the hotel. I had a single bed room that was not large - but perfect sized for a couple nights stay. The room was very clean. The bed had a super soft mattress and the shower had great pressure. I like the spa and the sauna. Very good breakfast choices. Hotel had the Norwegian, US, and Japanese ski jump teams there - and yet service for breakfast was still outstanding. Location is next to a shopping mall as well.

Nice location to be close to the congress center and to local attractions like the Liechtensteinklamm. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast with options both sweet and salty.

The pillows were too flat and so not so comfortable. More amenities like cotton buds in the room would have been much appreciated. More natural options for oatflakes without sugar would have been a plus.

Food was very good. It would be perfect to have chicken hotdog sausage for breakfast instead pork one. Dinner was also very good and lot of choice. Our room was big and conformable. We liked a lot spa area and the pool. It was very good temperature all over hotel we never felt cold which is a big plus. Once you exit from the pool trough corridors to the room you dont have be worried to get cold or sick
