Great location: not right in the busy centre but a short 5 minute walk away. Super convenient for the train. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful area. Sitting by one of the two outside pools with the mountains all around is a dream! Everything is there for you: bathrobes and towels for the pools, the rooms are well equipped with a small fridge, sofa area, bath and shower and also a balcony. My view was a bit disappointing but the room itself was huge, super clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is fab with just everything you could wish for. The Bircher Müsli is so delicious.

My room was on the ground floor between reception and the bar so it got loud in the evening as there is live music in the evenings (not every night) so I didn’t sleep so well. Having a specific table assigned to sit at for breakfast I find a little dated. I would’ve liked to have been able to choose. The breakfast staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Stayed as a couple at the beginning of March. Our second visit to this hotel - with the 2 year covid interruption in between :( Double room with balcony had a glorious view over Seefeld village to mountains beyond. Room was very clean with a good, hot shower in bathroom (and a separate toilet room) Plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Television with a few UK channels. Wifi signal is fine, but could be stronger. Booked on a half board basis. Breakfast is an extensive offering. Cold cuts of meat and cheese, fruit, bread and cakes, as well as full cooked option. Dinner is a top quality, fine dining experience over 4 courses. There is a definite accent on Austrian alpine style dishes, all of which are delicous (inc. vegetarian options) and served very professionally by our friendly waitress Krisztina. The spa area is large and clean and we particulary enjoyed swimming outside in the heated pool with snow and steam all around. Location is only a short 10 min walk to centre of village, but far enough away to be peaceful. There is a ski rental shop within 400m and hotel reception (again - friendly and efficient) can organise cross country ski trail passes for entire area. Passes include free bus transfer between villages/trails. In summary, I definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly return.

Wifi signal could be stronger.

The hotel is really nice, with a great swimming pool/spa area. everything was really clean and organised. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Specially the receptionists and waiters in bar/restaurants. The room was nice, big and clean. The breakfast was really good, with a huge variety of the food.

There are three things I think the hotel should change: - the water in the swimming pool was little bit cold. I think it should be little bit more warm - the room bar was empty, without even one bottle of water. It would be really nice to have 2-3 bottles of water inside of the room, and maybe also some snacks/drinks to choose from - there wasn’t any welcome kit in the bathroom, just one all-in-one (shampoo + body+hand) wash. I think that in a 4* hotel (and with this room price) there should be at least one welcome kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, body cream, hair conditioner, shower cap… by changing these three things I think that this hotel can be the great one with the vote 10

Lovely hotel, which we have visited quite a few times. We love that it is adults only and especially excellent wellness area. This time we had an older room with no balcony, but it was located in a convenient, yet quiet, part of the hotel. The bathroom decor was dated, but it was clean and well maintained, so not a problem. We did room only this time which worked quite well. One evening we ate in a restaurant in town also owned by the hotel and got a 10% discount.

No real issues. Maybe the temperature in the hotel was a bit warm for me. A balcony would have been nice, but that was the room we had booked.

Breakfast buffet was correct, not amazing ! For dinner, unfortunately no nice relaxing atmosphere ! Location is great, spa & wellness areas are beautiful, outside natural pond unique! And there’s free bike rental ! Nice bar area!

No AC in rooms! Restaurant / breakfast room: absence of cozy relaxing atmosphere. Live music performances at the bar area are pretty poor - please improve !

Wonderful Hotel. Easy smooth checkin and my room was ready early which was really useful for me as I had lots planned in the afternoon. Spa was wonderful, fantastic place to relax and recharge after a lot of cross country skiing. Nice big breakfast buffet and good coffee!! Just 5 mins from the station which was really useful. The 2 guys on the bar were exceptional. Super relaxed and friendly, but excellent service. They created a really nice atmosphere!

I was told that I could use the spa facilities on the last day after skiing before my train, but when I went down, none of the saunas or steam rooms were on. Bit disappointing, but had a nice swim instead. When checking in, the really nice lady was doing a brilliant job, but the guy on reception with her kept interrupting. Just let her do her job, no need to keep chipping in with info that she was in the middle of giving!!

Everything very clean and new looking, including the spa facilities and the dining area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The evening meal consisted of 4 courses plus a salad buffet. We had not booked full/half board so the meal was optional at at 54 eur per person. No option to just order a main course and pay less. Well worth walking 10 minutes to the town and eating there. Double bed was somewhat uncomfortable as the mattress was lower at the edge than in the middle.

The staff on reception were exceptional and this continued through the rest of the hotel. The room was a very good size and spotlessly clean The food was outstanding Plenty to do in the spa area and swimming outside in water at 30 degrees while watching the snow on the mountains was a fantastic experience. Will definitely visit in the summer to use the swim pond. Plenty of organised activities, or simply relax and unwind

Leaving

Wellness zone is excellent. Clean, well maintained and - being an adult only hotel - no kids - which makes it truly relaxing. Breakfast very good. Dinner is good value but 5 courses are a bit heavy. One evening we were late arriving back from a trip and missed the dinner service. Instead they provided a supper (soup, salad and desert) in the bar for us, which was great.

Very nice hotel, with super food and friendly staff.

You need to connect the Wifi every time new, but honestly the place is to nice to be on your phone or laptop:)
