This hotel is almost perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful, speaking multiple languages. Great breakfasts; I admired the top quality of all the ingredients. There is ample storage for skis and boards and heated pipes for boots. The Giggijoch gondola is a short walk away. A big, two-level garage. There is a great spa area with saunas and a pool. The infinity pool outside is surprisingly big (20m long) and warm, even though the air temperature was -11. We were there during Christmas; on Christmas Eve, we had a reservation for dinner in a different hotel's restaurant. Die Berge organised the transport (for free) to the event and back. They genuinely care about their guests. ;)

In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

I would raise the temperature in textile sauna from 82 to 95C. Bed mattress was a bit too firm for me. Room service made it a bit softer on my demand, but still not soft enough

Specious room, very clean, awesome spa area, amazing breakfast, location, tight but included in a price garage, many restaurants and shops around.

Heating was too much - even with open window in the middle of harsh winter it was too much. We couldn’t fully turn it off. Swimming pool - there were days it was simply too cold. Note that spa is open since afternoon, so if you are taking a day off from skis, you can’t go there. Not big problem for us, but still.

We booked a standard one bedroom room and were so surprised when they upgraded us to a spacious two bedroom family suite for the same price. It was beautiful! Very modern, clean, great amenities and balconies that overlooked the nearby mountains. The hotel has free parking on site and free hot buffet breakfast which included fresh made to order omelets. They also have a spa, gym and pool. Best of all, free summer passes were offered to us which came in handy for the gondolas and bus to the top of the Alps. The hotel is centrally located in town which made walking to these easy along with to the nearby restaurants and shopping. We traveled all through Austria, staying at many places during our trip. This is by far the best hotel that we stayed in. Highly recommend it!

-Room was a bit small. I know we could pay extra for a bigger room, but for the price you would expect a slightly bigger basic room, so at least you have somewhere to put the ski clothes. -Spa layout is a bit uncomfortable

Hotel is well located close to the lift and you can get almost to the hotel location (across the street) back on ski from ski slopes. Couple of good restaurants around, Good breakfast with wide selection of food. Supermarket close by. Nice sauna area and infinity pool to relax after skiing

designy jewel in the strategic center of soelden, build with and interior made of local materials, very friendly staff, comfy room, mattress super comfy, bathroom super clean with excellent shower. excellent location. breakfast buffet offered a great variety (plus honey from a local beekeeper), sauna & infinity pool located at third floor with view over the snowcapped mountains was a great retreat after a long ski day. snacks & drinks avail at the bar on the groundfloor. great location in soelden (close to the action but far enough away to offer peace and quiet during the night), skipass ticket printer close by (if booked online). ski lift, rentals, restaurants/bars in walking distance. hotel offers parking. we enjoyed every minute of our stay there.

Excellent modern hotel with fantastic rooftop pool and spa/ sauna. Great to relax after a hard day’s skiing surrounded by great views of the mountains. Really good breakfast offer in the morning. Good restaurant and bars near to hotel. A short walk from the main gondola lift.

The property was excellent on all levels. Room clean, quiet and bed comfortable. Bathroom had a large bath and was very very clean. Water pressure was excellent. The pool and sauna were a great bonus. It was the best breakfast that I have had since I started travelling 4 months ago. So much to chose from. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable l. Great restaurants near by and the bar in the foyer was reasonably priced. We have booked again.
