Great location and rooms were really nice and clean Very close to train station and town centre Excellent restaurants next door and across the road Sauna and infra red room were really large and pool was excellent after a hard days rafting and bike riding Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice and constantly restocked Staff we’re really friendly and helpful with everything Was so good we stayed another night Beds were really comfortable and rooms were quiet

If I was being really picky I could only say that an air conditioner would have been great as it was warm weather during our stay but they never claimed to have one and for the price I probably shouldn’t expect one

The Banyan was great. Really well located, good and comfortable bedrooms. The staff were great, very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good and the wellness was good. Altogether it worked very well for our group of 50 something skiing blokes.

the location of the hotel was great and the staff was super friendly. it was my friend birthday and they arranged for a cake and champagne for her. the room was very nice with the balcony

Great breakfast options. Both continental and irish breakfast was offered. Good selection of fresh food. Location is on main street in St.Anton beside all aminities.

Location is perfect, staff was very helpful, the room had a very spacious terrace, breakfast was amazing.

Single beds were fairly small, but otherwise no complaints

The hotel breakfast was very good although it wasn't immediately clear who to ask for help with anything. The location was also good and it was possible to leave skis and boots at one of the main lifts.

The boot room needs to be better sign posted and the breakfast room was a little dark but otherwise the hotel was very good.

So far this was the best hotel I have stayed in,the customer service is not excellent it is way beyond what I have imagined, the staff at the reception named Theodore did wonderful job, I have reserved this hotel after having an issue with other hotel booking and I went there mad like and I was very difficult person to deal with, but Theodore was there, he handled my mood swing professionally to a point where I actually apologized for him and thank him for his patience and excellent job, he then provided me with a free extra bed then he gave my little girl beautiful teddy bear at the check out, also he gave us a free tickets to ride the lift going to the top pf the highest point to the mountain where we was able to view 3 country in one, the room was very clean the Breakfast was really good the pool water clean, we have really enjoyed our stay and I can’t recommend it enough.

Location is excellent, room was very comfortable with a balcony facing the ski slopes/mountains.

The drivewas to the underground parking the very narrow, very difficult to navigate the car.
