Super friendly staff and owners, they created a lovely atmosphere and made you feel at home. Everyone spoke great English and were so helpful with all requests. All the food was delicious. The whole hotel was meticulously maintained with a nice balance of modern and traditional decor. Excellent WiFi. Great included service for skis (free ski wax and locker at gondola).

We loved our stay so only very small points… The coffee could be improved (for a coffee enthusiast). It was a little bit too warm in the restaurant. The gym could benefit from weights and mirrors. The portions for dinner could be smaller as we wanted to eat every course but couldn’t always finish.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We stayed in family suit, it was spacious and freshly renovated. We’d like to highlight warm and welcoming atmosphere and owners who really go out of their way to make you feel yourself at home, this level of hospitality is priceles. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent, for that we’d like to say our special thanks to chef. Hotel also provides lunch options and great cheese (and wine for that matter) selection. Also spa zone is a wonderfully relaxing place with 6 kinds of different saunas including hammams and infra-red sauna, my favorite one was herbal sauna. The bus stop to the nearest ski lift is right in front of the hotel, it takes 4-5 mins to get there.

There is no kettle or water bottles in the room, but you should ask the reception everything you need.

The hotel is comfortable, cosy and breaths the traditional Austrian atmosphere with high quality facilities, luxurious interiors and a fine dinner experience. Putting a rating on just this would already make this a top place to stay in a fantastic ski area. This hotel however is so much more than a great place to sleep, relax and eat. The true differentiator of this hotel is that it is a place with a soul. It provides a genuine taste of Austria, carefully hosted by three generations of the family and with a great heart for customers. The moment we entered the hotel we were surrounded by the warmth and friendliness of the family and staff. We enjoyed the warm welcome, the caring staff, the personal touch, the friendly conversations with the family and Sandra's commitment and secret tip to provide us the best experience for our day on the slopes. This year we came as strangers looking for a place to stay but next year we will have a place to come home to.

This is the most incredible hotel run by a wonderful warm caring team. Elegant, stylish, spotless, classy and also cosy. Food exceptional. Pool and spa first class, a sublime treat for non-skiers as well as skiers/walkers. Everything has been thought through in minute detail. Sandra - the owner and manager - has selected a first class team. Nothing is too much trouble and the facilities are generously spacious. It is set just above the resort which makes for a peaceful setting that is protected from but close to the noise and bustle of the shops and night clubs. Cannot recommend more highly.

The surroundings, the atmosphere, the hotel staff, the meals. The lists could go on - everything was amazing! The staff made our stay unforgetable in every way. They are engaged and kind people in every aspect who go out of their way to please their guests. A unique experience we haven’t experienced before. 10/10 would do it again!

We would have liked a minibar at the room, but this was just a minor thing. Also have in mind that the sauna area is a nude area.

me and my partner have traveled a lot in recent years - and can therefore safely say that this is the best we have experienced. the food, the spa, the people, the service - the best. I injured myself on the trip and felt really well looked after by Sandra and her crew. we will without a doubt return, and can only recommend others who are going to st anton to stay here! it has been absolutely fantastic. It feels like a home away from home.

Closer to perfection is just not possible. The hospitality, the warmth that the host and her staff make you feel from the very first minute is exceptional. It really is. Nothing is too much, all wishes are granted with a snap of the finger and a smile. The food is exquisite and delicious. Beautiful walks and activities nearby. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Absolutely nothing.

The hospitality that has been shown to us was like we have never seen before. The owner of the property was eager to share hiking, biking, shopping advice and was interacting with her guests all the time. Staff is absolutely awesome in this hotel. Property itself is very cozy, spotless clean, pool area very nice. 5 course dinner was amazing. 1 day free summer card is provided that works for all mountain lifts and any other transportation, which was very convenient. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and staff lovely - remembered my order every day. The staff of what I will remember and what will bring me back, they were all absolutely lovely and very welcoming especially as I was by myself

Not much to say here! I was charged for a tea and some water despite not having the dinner at all, which was maybe a little steep but also understandable
