Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Calling it a hotel is an understatement. What you'll get when you stay here is amazing service from the very welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, unlimited activities to do such as fishing, shooting, horse riding, tours around the area and many more. They also take you on adventure tours on top of the mountains and even give you the full country experience by offering lunch and tea in the villagers' houses. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and you definitely get more than you pay for.

The location is so good, hotel staff very friendly, their respond is very fast for any issue you will faced, listening up to you and trying to convince as much as they can. Hotel location among grean land and srounding by safety. I'm eager to come back again.

The food needs to be developed, especially the lunch. I understand the huge valum of people , but they can fulfill thier needs by extra effort. Need more varieties of food types and cuisine ex: (Arabic, Indian, European...etc). Another point is the stuff little bit old but it is clean, maybe in a closed future should be changed.

Its wonderful stay's on my life .The check in was very fast and easy. The breakfast was very nice and i love that beakers quality in the breakfast.But need more cuisines but at All at was wonderful the cheese and jam at was very good and fresh.The Steak house restaurant it was very good. I had A golf tee I enjoyed my time with Mr.ZAUR he was very polite and cheerfully he was training me the correct way to play golf and i thanks him very much.The other facilities was very good and I enjoy my time.At the Check out stuff was goodbye me and I would thanks and appreciate The 3 Foaid because there 3 of them :).

Honestly, this place is just incredible! It’s so beautiful that every time we come here, we never want to leave. The views from the room are unreal—waking up to those landscapes feels like a dream. We love this hotel so much that we actually travel from Dubai just to spend a few days here. The rooms are super comfortable, and the family rooms are huge, which is perfect for us. There’s so much to do for the kids with all the play areas and activities—they never get bored, and it gives us time to relax too! The restaurants and food are amazing, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Every little detail is taken care of, and it just makes the whole stay feel effortless. We’ve been here before and will definitely be back. It’s totally worth the trip to Azerbaijan just to experience this place. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—you’ll love it!

QUBA PALACE HOTEL The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and hospitable from the reception desk (Toufiq & Samirah) to housekeeping (who provided us with prayer mat), the duck-keeper and the coachman for a lovely horse drawn carriage ride around the hotel grounds. The coachman (sorry, I forgot his name) pampered me & my mother with flowers he passed on to my father for the romantic evening ride & a few tiny apples as send away gifts when we checked out. Dining hall staff were courteous & prompt with tidying up the table, offering hot drinks & after meal wet wipes. Dinner by the pool side was served hot & the food delicious which made up for a relaxing, pleasant & comfortable evening with shawls provided by staff on a cold evening. Hotel events/activities coordinator, Amin, and the driver brought us to Griz & Khinnaliq with tea, local sweets & jams. Lunch served in the village were very delicious from tea with sweets pre meal to soup, salad , bread & cheese, and dishes of rice & kofta with caramelised onion, dried plum, raisins & walnuts. The next day's meal was soup, tomato cucumber & onion salad, bread & cheese with fried chicken & rice. Meals were always followed with tea & sweets. The ride to and from Griz & Khinnaliq were safe because the driver was very courteous and considerate towards other drivers & road users. Altogether our Quba Palace Hotel experience was a very pleasant, pampered and safe experience.

Everything - its hard to find something that didn't go well. From staff, to the property itself to the food - everything was exceptional. The property is grand and at the same time peaceful and relaxing. The food and buffet layout is better than anything I have found in any Dubai 5 star property. Both the variety and the quality of food was amazing. There are a lot of activities for kids and lots of outdoor areas which was truly appreciated. The paid activities as well were well managed and very fairly priced. The natural surroundings are breathtaking. And it was always service with a smile, requests made to the room were promptly met - Mr Shahin from the buffet restaurant and Mr Tofiq of guest relations will be fondly remembered for being super supportive. This hotel was a little piece of paradise and I am sure to recommend it to everyone I know. In fact, I would say, skip Baku - come to Quba and stay right here.

We spent three nights in this splendid hotel. We had been concerned due to some of the negative reviews, but could not understand how the writers could have had a bad experience. The staff was gracious and friendly at all times, patiently explaining how things worked and open to a late checkout. They made us feel very welcome and even pampered. We loved the resources like the good gym, the large and swimmable pool, plus the bowling/billiards room. All was in good shape. The breakfast offered plentiful, tasty choices, including eggs to order. The room was a good size, with a large bathroom complete with tub and shower, plus all the extras we needed including robes and slippers. Twin beds were very comfortable. Sleeping was great in such a quiet area. Access to Quba and the nearby sights was easier than we expected given the apparent distance of the hotel - and the beauty of the landscape was also worth it. Our view over the grounds was charming.

Wow! What a majestic place. Absolutely worth the money. It is so stylish that you feel like you are actually in a palace. From start till end everything was so good. They gave boating, golf club, baggi ride, bowling and kid playing zone. Table tennis and snooker etc are free to play and even one kid play area is free. My highlight was enjoying golf club tour. At night they had kids dance party followed by fun games with guests. The rooms are amazing. We stayed with 2 kids but felt like we were on our honeymoon. Manager Samira was so helpful. We asked for extra water and got like 10 bottles :). Best ever stay. I highly recommend if you have kids. Keep up the good work guys!

The place is more than wonderful, far from cities. Surrounded by nature. A very wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Just a place which really worth visiting. It will remain Quba and Quba Palacr in memory.

The taxi service back to Baku city requires close supervision by the hotel management. I requested a taxi service to Baku city. I was surprised by a driver who was ignorant of how to use the Google Map service. In addition, the vehicle was not in good condition. I can almost hear abnormal changes in the gearbox. The cost was very expensive, and if there was a problem with the car, the passenger would pay the cost twice.

The top-to-bottom windows offer an expansive canvas that frames the most stunning views imaginable. Waking up in this suite is like greeting the day in a fairy tale. The carpet needs to be changed soon. It’s really getting damaged and dirty in some areas.
